<br />of Anna Reverts.,_ widow of Glaas Reverts, deceased, so long as the laid Anna Reverts, remains the
<br />widow of the said Claas Reverts, deceased: the East One Half.(E *) of Section Twenty (20) and the
<br />North East One Quarter (NEE) and the bast Half of the South (Cast One Quarter (SE-0 of Section
<br />twenty -one (21); and the West One Half (W *) of the South West One Quarter (SWI) of Section Fifteen
<br />45). and the South West One Quarter (SWj) of Section Thirteen (13), all in Township Nine (9) in
<br />Ten (10 ) Nest of the 6th P.M.
<br />The Court finds that by virtue of the law of descent of the State of Nebraska, all of the
<br />ight, title, and interest�of the said Anna Lindeburg, in and to the above described real estate,
<br />id pass and descend at her death in the manner following,-'to-wit:
<br />o Berend J.Lindeburg,_her husband, an undivided One Third part thereof;
<br />And to Wolbert F.Lindeburg, Clarence B.Lindeburg, Alta M.Lindeburg and Harry W.Lindeburg, her
<br />children, the remaining Two Thirds part thereof, in equal shares.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED AND ADJUDGED BY THE COURT that all of the right, title and interest of
<br />Lindeburg, deceased, in the East Half of Section Twenty (20), the North East Quarter (N*)
<br />the East Half of the South East Quarter (SEA) of Section Twenty one (21), the West Half of the
<br />outh West Quarter (SWI) of Section Fifteen (15), and the South West Quarter (SWJ) of Section T hir
<br />een (13), all in Township Rine (9) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.N. in Hall County,
<br />ebraska, did pass and descend at the death of the said Anna Lindeburg, intestate,_ in the manner
