OF ) FINAL TM CRIB.
Anna Lindeburg, deceased. )
Now on this 16th day of February, 1918, this cause came on for hearing upon the
final report of Berend J.Zindeburg, Administrator of the estate of Anna Lindeburg, deceased, it
appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that notice of the filing of the said report and of t
time and place fixed for final settlement of said estate has been given to all persons interested
by publication, as required by the order of Court,. dated January 31, 1918, and no one having_ appea
ed to object to or protest against the allowance of said report.
On consideration of the reports the files and the testimony, the Court finds that no personal
property of any nature has come into the possession of the Administrator, that he has paid all
expenses of administering the estate of said deceased, and that there is no money _or other proper-
ty in his possession belonging to said estate, and that his report should be approved and allowed
as and for his final account.
The Court finds that notice was given to creditors as required by law, of the time
;limited and place appointed for filing claims against said estate and that said time is fully
expired; that no claims of any nature were filed against said estate; that all claims outstanding
against said Anna Lindeburg, deceased, if any such there be, are therefore forever barred and ex-
cluded.
IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED BY THE COURT that the report of the Administrator be approved
!and allowed as his final account.
It is further ordered and considered that all persons are forever barred from filing: or
setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Anna Lindeburg, deceased. and the said
;estate is fully settled and closed.
The Court finds that the said Anna Lindeburg departed this life on the 19th day of
'November, 1916; and that she was immediately prior to her death an inhabitant of Hall County,_ Neb-
,raska; that sheldied intestate, and that she left surviving her as her heirs at law and her only
heirs at law,_ the following named persons:
