M I GLHZ <br />E� <br />I <br />1 <br />1 <br />YU AND DEGREE RECORD No. I <br />I FIhTAL .DECREE: <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />'In the matter of the estate of) <br />F N A L Dh7C REE. <br />Rudolph Glock, deceased.) <br />A 223 <br />Now on this 11th day of October, 1917, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report <br />of Ida Glock, administratrix of the estate of Rudolph Glock, deceased, the court being fully sat - <br />isfied from the files and the testimony that all persons interested in the estate of said Rudolph <br />Glock, deceased, have entered their voluntary appearance herein, waivied time and further notice, <br />approved the report of the administratrix and ask the court to allow same. <br />After a full examination of said report, the court finds that the same is correct in all res -1 <br />pects and ought to be approved and allowed; that the administratrix has accounted for all of the e�- <br />of said deceased <br />tateAwhich came into her hands, has paid all claims allowed against said estate, has paid the f un- <br />eral expenses and costs of administration, that she received from all sources the sum of $5657.01, <br />has paid out the sum of $1750.67, and that there remains in her possession for distribution the <br />sum of $3906.34. <br />The court finds that by order dated ]March 10, 1917* creditors of the said Rudolph Glock, de- <br />ceased were allowed six months from the 9th day of April, 1917, in which to file their claims in <br />the office of the County Judge of Hall county, Nebraska, for allowance; that notice of the time <br />allowed and place appointed for filing claims was given to all creditors by publication of such <br />notice for four consecutive weeks in the Cairo Record a,legal newspaper; that the time allowed fos <br />filing claims has fully expires; that all claims filed and allowed against said estate have been <br />paid and satisfied and that all claims outstanding against the said Rudolph Glock, deceased, if <br />any such exist, are therefore forever barred and excluded. <br />It is therefore considered by the court that the report of the administratrix of the estate o <br />Rudolph Glock, deceased, be and the same hereby is approved and allowed as and for her final ac- <br />count. <br />It is further ordered that all persons are forever barred from filing or setting up any clai <br />or demands against the estate of Rudolph Glock, deceased, and that said estate is fully settled <br />closed. <br />The court finds that the said Rudolph Glock departed this life on the 24th day of February, <br />1917, and that he was at the time of his death a resident of Hall county, Nebraska; that he died <br />intestate, leaving surviving him as his heirs at law and his sole and only heirs at law, Ida Glock',, <br />his widow, Adolph A. Glock his son and Anna M. Glock his daughter. <br />The court finds that under the provisions of the law of descent of the State of Nebraska all <br />of the personal property remaining in the hands of the administratrix descends in equal shares tof <br />!Ida Glock the widow, Adolph A. Glock and Anna M. Glock, children of the deceased. <br />The Court finds that said Rudolph Glock was at the time of his death the owner in fee of they <br />East Half of the Northwest Quarter (EJ WWI) of Section Thirty -three (33) in Township Twelve (12) <br />in Range Twelve (12), and Lot Number Fifteen (15) in Block Number Sixteen (16) in the original <br />town of Cairo, all in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska. <br />The Court finds that under and by virtue of the law of descent of the State of Nebraska, the <br />E of the NW-f of Sec-33, in Twp.12 in Range 12 and lot No.15 in Block No.16 in the village of Cai <br />fall situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, did pass and descend at the death of <br />Rudolph Glock, intestate,_ in the manner following, to -wit: <br />To Ida Glock, one -third part thereof, <br />To Adolph A. Glock, one -third part thereof, and <br />To Anna M.
