IN THE COUNTY COURT OF SAID COUNTY <br />ADAMS COUNTY. ) <br />At a Seasion of the County Court held in and for said County, at the County Court Room, in <br />the City of Hastings, County of Adams, and State Of <br />Present :. .JOHN S] <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE) <br />Decree of Final <br />OF ) and <br />?distribution of <br />CARL BUDDECKE, DECEASED) <br />Nebraska. <br />1IDER, Judge of the County Court. <br />Account <br />Estate. <br />Now, <br />on this <br />28th day <br />of September, 1917, this <br />cause came on for <br />hearing upon the final report and <br />petition <br />of Fred <br />.T.Buddecke, Administrator <br />of said estate, for <br />final settlement and distribution and for his discharge as Administrator, and the evidence, and <br />wqs submitted to the Court. <br />On consideration whereof, the Court finds that due and legal notice of this hearing was had <br />by publication as required by law; <br />That said Carl Buddecke, deceased, departed this life, intestate, on the 8th day of January, <br />1917, in said County and State, and that he was a resident of and domiciled in said Adams County, <br />Nebraska; <br />That on the 10th day of February, 1917, after due and legal notice thereof, said Fred 7.Bud- <br />decke was duly appointed Administrator of said estate, and on said day he duly qualified as such <br />!Administrator, then became, has been ever since and now is the duly appointed, qualified and act- <br />ing Administrator of said estate; <br />That on the tenth day of February, 1917, an order was duly made by the Court fixing the 17th <br />day of March, 1917, at ten o'clock A.M. or within six months thereafter as the time for filing <br />claims and directing that notice be gi -en thereof according to law; that thereupon notice to credi <br />:tors was duly given and published as required by law. <br />That after a full examination of the account and final report of said Administrator, the <br />"Court finds that the same is correct in all respects and should be allowed. <br />The Court further finds that the time for filing claims has expired; that all debts, claims <br />and demands that were filed against said estate and the costs of administration have been fully <br />paid, and IT IS TTFREBY ORDFRT±n that all claims not filed against said estate are forever barred{ <br />That at this time, there is in the hands of said Administrator the sum of $742.48 for distri <br />bution to the persons and in the amounts as hereinafter set forth. <br />The Court further finds that said Carl Buddecke, deceased, left surviving him as his only <br />heirs at law, next of kin and only persons interested in said estate, the following named persons,] <br />to -wit: <br />Louise Buddecke, <br />widow <br />Lula Conrad, <br />daughter, <br />Fred J.Buddecke, <br />son, <br />Anna Schlachter, <br />daughter, <br />Dora Rieflin, <br />daughter, <br />Marie Buddecke, <br />daughter, <br />said Marie Buddecke being seventeen years of age past, and all the other heirs of said deceased be <br />ing of full age and past their majority. <br />The Court further finds that said Carl Buddecke, deceased, was at' the time of his death, the <br />Towner in fee of the following described real estate, situated in Adams County, Nebraska, to -wit: <br />The I-Vest Fifty -four (54) feet of Lot Four (4) in Block One (1), Hamsher's Addition to the <br />City of Hastings, Nebraska. <br />said real estate being the home of said deceased and his family at the time of his death and is <br />impressed -vith the character of a homestead: also <br />The South -west quarter (SVu -J) and the North Half ,of the Southeast Quarter (NJSE-J) of Section <br />Twenty -four (24), Township Nine (9),north, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />The Court further finds that said Louise Buddecke, widow, is entitled to the sole use, rental <br />1 <br />r_ <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />
