<br />setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Lester Forsythe, deceased, and the said es
<br />tate is fully settled and closed.
<br />IT IS CONSIDERED BY THE COURT that the report of the Administrator be and the same hereby is
<br />approved and allowed as and for his final account.
<br />The Court finds that the said Lester Forsythe departed this life '.the 17th day of May% 1917,
<br />being at the time of his death a resident and inhabitant of Pottawattamie County, in the State of
<br />Iowa, and that he was at the time of his death possessed of real estate in Hall County, in the
<br />State of Nebraska.
<br />The Court finds that the said Lester Forsythe left surviving him as his heirs at law and his
<br />only heirs at law, the following named persons:
<br />Minnie C. Forsythe, his widow;
<br />E. E. Forsythe, his father; and
<br />Laura M. Forsythe, his mother,
<br />and that he left no child surviving him and no issue of a deceased child.
<br />The Court finds that the said Lester Forsythe died seized in fee of the following described
<br />real estate, situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />The North Thirty-three feet (33) of the South One Hundred and Ninety -nine (199) feet of Lot
<br />Twenty -five (25) of the County Subdivision of Section Ten (10)in Township Eleven (11) in
<br />Range Nine (9) in Grand Island,
<br />and that under the law.of descent of the State of Nebraska, the above mentioned and described real,
<br />estate did pass and descend at the death of the said Lester Forsythe, who died intestate, in the
<br />manner following:
<br />To Minnie C. Forsythe, his widow, one half of said real estate; and
<br />to E. E. Forsythe and Laura M. Forsythe, the remaining one-half of said real estate, in
<br />equal shares.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED BY THE COURT that all of the above mentioned and described real es{
<br />tate did pass and descend at the death of the said Lester Forsythe, intestate, in the manner follow
<br />ing:
<br />One Half to Minnie C. Forsythe, his widow;
<br />an undivided one fourth part of said real estate to E.E.Forsythe; and
<br />an undivided one fourth part thereof to Laura M. Forsythe,
<br />to have and to hold to theme and their heirs forever.
