<br />ing against the said deceased not so filed, if any such there be, are therefore, forever barred

<br />It is,therefore,by the court considered and adjudged that all persons are forever barred and
<br />excluded from filing or setting up any claims against the estate of John Harper, deceased, and tha
<br />said estate is fully settled and closed.

<br />Now on this 13th day of March, 1918, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of
<br />;Samuel C. Huston, Administrator of the estate of the estate of Lester Forsythe, deceased, it sat-
<br />!isfactorily appearing to the Court that E.E.Forsythe,Nora M.Forsythe,and Minnie C.Forsythe are the
<br />;only persons interested in the estate of said deceased, that they have entered their voluntary ap-
<br />pearance herein, waived notice of the filing of said report and notice of the time of hearing and
<br />lit further appearing to the Court that no claims of any nature were filed and allowed against sai
<br />estate.
<br />After full examination thereof the Court finds that said report is correct in all respects
<br />ought to be allowed; that the Administrator has accounted for all of the estate of said deceased
<br />P
<br />;which came into his possession and that there remains no money or other property in his hands for
<br />i
<br />distribution.
<br />The Court finds that creditors of the said Lester Forsythe were by order of Court dated Octo -!
<br />'ber 11th, 1917, allowed three months from the 12th day of November, 1917, in which to file their
<br />!claims in the office of the County Judge of Hall County, Nebraska; that the time allowed for fil-
<br />ing claims has expired and that no claims of any nature were filed against said estate; that notic
<br />!was given by publication of the time allowed and place appointed for filing claims; that all claim
<br />;outstanding against said estate, and not filed, if any siich exist, are therefore forever barred
<br />:and excluded.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED BY TNM COURT that all persons are forever barred from filing or
