I IGLBZ <br />1 <br />1 <br />n <br />1 <br />1 <br />X211 <br />the same hereby is, approved and allowed as and for his final account and he is discharged of his <br />rust. <br />It is further ordered that all persons are forever barred from filing or setting up any cla <br />or demands against the estate of Wilhelm Bockhop, deceased, and said estate is fully settled. <br />The Court finds that the said Wilhelm Bockhop departed this life in February, 1917, being at <br />the time of his death a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, and that he left a last will and testa- <br />nt which instrument was duly proved and admitted to probate in this Court on the 15th day of <br />rch, 1917, and recorded in this office. <br />The Court finds that the said Wilhelm Bockhop died seized in fee of the following described <br />al estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit: <br />The East One Half of Lot Number One (1) and the East Sixteen feet of the Vest Half of Lot NUm- <br />ber One (1) in Block Number Sixteen (16) in Windolph's Addition to Grand Island. <br />The Court finds that under and by virtue of the provisions of said last will and testament <br />11 of the above mentioned and described real estate did pass and descend to Vagdalena Bockhop, wi4- <br />of the deceased, for her use and benefit during the term of her natural life, and that at her <br />ath the said real estate passes and descends under the provisions of the said last will and tes. <br />cement to Marie Hoeltke, Sophia Herman, and Lina Knutson, daughters of the testator, in equal <br />hares, to have and to hold to them and their heirs and assigns, forever. <br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED BY THE COURT that the East One Half of Lot number One (1) and the <br />t Sixteen feet of the West Half of Lot number One (1) in Block number Sixteen (16) in Windolph'i <br />dition to Grand Island in Hall County, Nebraska, did descend at the death of 'Wilhelm Bockhop, un <br />r the terms of his last will and testament to Magdalena Bockhop, his widow, for the term of her <br />tural life, and at the death of the said Magdalena Bockhop, said real estate passes to and bec <br />property of Marie Hoeltke, Sophia Herman, and Lena Knutzen, daughters of the testator, in <br />bsolute title. <br />J.
