F I N A L D E C R E B. <br />George W.Orr, deceased.) <br />„ 207 <br />t <br />Now on this 6th day of February, 1918, all of the heirs at law of George W. Orr, deceased, <br />1having entered their voluntary appearance herein, waiving time and notice of final settlement, and <br />Il it appearing to the Court from the proof on file, that the time heretofore allowed for filing <br />Ifclaims against the estate of said George W.Orr, deceased, has fully expired, and that no claims of <br />any nature were filed against that estate, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of <br />George R. Orr, Executor of the last Will and Testament of said deceased. <br />Ii <br />On consideration of the report, the files and the testimony, the Court finds that the said <br />a <br />!;George W. Orr departed this life on the 6th day of January, 1917, being at the time of his death <br />la resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska, and that he left a Last will and testament, <br />1w'hich instrument was duly proved, allowed, and admitted to probate in this Court on the 3rd day of <br />i <br />!October, 1917, and recorded in -thin office. <br />The Court finds that the said George W. Orr died seized in fee of the following described rea <br />m <br />Testate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit: <br />Lot Number Sixteen (16) in Block Number Seven (7) of Boggs and Hill's Addition to the City <br />1i of Grand Island. <br />The Court finds that under, the provisions of the said last will and testament the above men- <br />tioned and described real estate did pass and descend at the death of the testator to his widow, <br />Sarah Orr, in absolute title. <br />The Court finds that by order entered on the 3rd day of October, 1917, creditors of the said <br />George W. Orr, deceased, were allowed three months from the 29th day of October, 1917, in which to <br />9 <br />Mile their claims in the office of the County Judge of Hall County, Nebraska;; that notice of the <br />time allowed and place appointed for filing ',claims against said estate was given to all creditors <br />!by publication as required by law and the order of the Court; that the time then allowed for fili <br />!claims has fully expired and that no claims of any nature were filed or allowed against said es- <br />Itate; and that all claims outstanding against said estate,and not so filed, if any such therebe, <br />fare therefore forever barred and excluded. <br />{ <br />The Court finds that the report of the Executor in correct in all respects and ought to be <br />lallowed; that he has accounted for all of the estate which came into his, possession, and that then <br />remains no money or other property in his hands for distribution. <br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED AND ADJUDGED BY THE COURT that the report of the Executor of the <br />Last Will and Testament of George W. Orr,deceased, be and the same hereby is approved and allowed <br />as and for his final account, and he is discharged of his trust and his bond released. <br />It is further considered and adjudged by the Court that all persons are forever barred and <br />precluded from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of George W. Orr, de- <br />ceased, and that said estate is fully settled and closed. <br />And it is further considered and adjudged by the Court that all of the right, title and inter <br />lest of the said George W. Orr, deceased, in and to Lot No. Sixteen (16) in Block No. Seven (7) in <br />Boggs and Hill's Addition to the City of Grand Island in Hall County, Nebraska, did pass and des - <br />oent at his death, under and by virtue of the terms and provisions of his last will and testament, <br />Ito Sarah Orr, his widow, in fee simple, <br />J. George W Orr, of Doniphan in the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, being of sound mind and <br />mory, and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, do therefore make, or- <br />Jdain, publish and declare this to be my last WILL AND TESTAMENT: <br />
