VINAL DECREE:- It-
IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
In the matter of the) Final
Estate of )ss• Decree. Now on this 19th day of October, 1907, this cause came on
:Anna Stark, Deceased)
for hearing upon the report of Fred J. Pahl, Administrator
iof the estate of Anna Stark, deceased, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that all
persons interestedin said estate have been duly notified by publication of the filing of said repo
land of the time and place fixed for hearing thereon, and no one appearing to object, and it furthe
;appearing to the Court after a full examination, that said report is correct in all respects and
ought to be approved and allowed, it is therefore
Ordered, Adjudged and Decreed that the report of Fred J.Pahl, Administrator of the estate of
Anna Stark be and the same hereby is approved and allowed as and for the final account of said Ad-
ministrator and he is discharged of his trust.
The Court finds that creditors of Anna Stark were allowed six months from the 24th day of
iSeptember, 1906, in which to present their claims against her estate; that due and legal notice
was given to all persons by publication and by posting, of the time allowed and place appointed fc
filing claims; that the time allowed has fully expired; that all claims filed and allowed have bee
'paid. that all claims not filed, if any therebe, are forever barred and excluded.
It is,therefore, considered that all persons are barred from filing or setting up any claims
.or demands against said estate.
The Court finds that the said Anna Stark left surviving her as her heirs at law, and her only
;heirs at law, the following named persons: Wilhelm Stark, a son, and Anna Petersen, Carrie West -
phal, Walter Petersen, Oswald Petersen, Susan Petersen, Samuel Petersen Junior, and John Petersen,
;children of Caroline Petersen a daughter of the deceased.,- who departed this life before the death
of said Anna Stark.
The Court finds that the said Anna Stark was, at the time of her death, the owner of the fol
lowing described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit:
Lot 6, Block 81, in the original town, now City, of Grand Island, and that under the laws of thel
'State of Nebraska, the said real estate did pass and descend at her death, intestate, as follows: j
One undivided half interest to Wilhelm Stark and one undivided half interest to Anna Petersen,
Carrie Westphal, Walter Petersen, Oswald Petersen, Susan Petersen, Samuel Petersen, Junior, and
John Petersen, to have and to hold to them and to their heirs and assigns forever.
It is therefore considered that Lot 6, in Block 81, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
Nebraska, did descend at the death of Anna Stark, intestate, one half to Wilhelm Stark, and the rel
?maining half in equal shares to Anna Petersen, Carrie Westphal, Walter Petersen, Oswald Petersen,
Susan Petersen, Samuel Petersen,Jr. and John Petersen, to have and to hold to them and to their
Theirs and assigns forever.
