206 V1__ <br />VINAL DECREE:- It- <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />In the matter of the) Final <br />Estate of )ss• Decree. Now on this 19th day of October, 1907, this cause came on <br />:Anna Stark, Deceased) <br />for hearing upon the report of Fred J. Pahl, Administrator <br />iof the estate of Anna Stark, deceased, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that all <br />persons interestedin said estate have been duly notified by publication of the filing of said repo <br />land of the time and place fixed for hearing thereon, and no one appearing to object, and it furthe <br />;appearing to the Court after a full examination, that said report is correct in all respects and <br />ought to be approved and allowed, it is therefore <br />Ordered, Adjudged and Decreed that the report of Fred J.Pahl, Administrator of the estate of <br />Anna Stark be and the same hereby is approved and allowed as and for the final account of said Ad- <br />ministrator and he is discharged of his trust. <br />The Court finds that creditors of Anna Stark were allowed six months from the 24th day of <br />iSeptember, 1906, in which to present their claims against her estate; that due and legal notice <br />was given to all persons by publication and by posting, of the time allowed and place appointed fc <br />filing claims; that the time allowed has fully expired; that all claims filed and allowed have bee <br />'paid. that all claims not filed, if any therebe, are forever barred and excluded. <br />It is,therefore,considered that all persons are barred from filing or setting up any claims <br />.or demands against said estate. <br />The Court finds that the said Anna Stark left surviving her as her heirs at law, and her only <br />;heirs at law, the following named persons: Wilhelm Stark, a son, and Anna Petersen, Carrie West - <br />phal, Walter Petersen, Oswald Petersen, Susan Petersen, Samuel Petersen Junior, and John Petersen, <br />;children of Caroline Petersen a daughter of the deceased.,- who departed this life before the death <br />of said Anna Stark. <br />The Court finds that the said Anna Stark was, at the time of her death, the owner of the fol <br />lowing described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit: <br />Lot 6, Block 81, in the original town, now City, of Grand Island, and that under the laws of thel <br />'State of Nebraska, the said real estate did pass and descend at her death, intestate, as follows: j <br />One undivided half interest to Wilhelm Stark and one undivided half interest to Anna Petersen, <br />Carrie Westphal, Walter Petersen, Oswald Petersen, Susan Petersen, Samuel Petersen, Junior, and <br />John Petersen, to have and to hold to them and to their heirs and assigns forever. <br />It is therefore considered that Lot 6, in Block 81, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, did descend at the death of Anna Stark, intestate, one half to Wilhelm Stark, and the rel <br />?maining half in equal shares to Anna Petersen, Carrie Westphal, Walter Petersen, Oswald Petersen, <br />Susan Petersen, Samuel Petersen,Jr. and John Petersen, to have and to hold to them and to their <br />Theirs and assigns forever. <br />J.H.Mullin .....
