2 0 2 %VIL AND DEGREE REG'ORD No. 2 <br />ILL & DECREE:- <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />'In the matter of the Estate of) <br />F I N A L D E C R E L. <br />August Jaenicke, deceased. ) <br />Now on this 25th day of January, 1918, this cause came on further to be heard and after a ful <br />,examination of the filing of the record pertaining to the estate of August Jaenicke, deceased, the <br />Court being fully advised in the premises, finds as follows: <br />That August Jaenicke departed this life on the 10th day of May, 1917, being at the time of hi <br />death a resident of Hall County, Nebraska. and that he left a last will and testament which instru! <br />ment was duly filed in this office for probate,and, after legal notice, by publication, was given <br />to all persons interested, said last will and testament was duly proved, allowed and admitted to <br />probate, and entered of record in this office. <br />The Court finds that by a decree of Court, made and entered on the 23rd day of June, 1917, <br />°creditors of the said August Jaenicke, were allowed six months from the 23rd day of July, 1917, in <br />which to present their claims in the office of the County Judge of Hall County, Nebraska, for al- <br />.lowance and that notice of the time allowed and place appointed for filing claims against said es- <br />tate was given to all persons interested by publication of such notice for four successive weeks ii <br />the Cairo Record, a legal newspaper; that the time allowed for filing claims has fully expired; <br />that all claims filed and allowed against the estate of said deceased have been paid and satisfied <br />and that all claims existing against said estate and not filed within the time limited, if any <br />isuch,there be are therefore forever barred and excluded. <br />i <br />The Court finds that each of the $5.00 bequests to the children of the testator has been paid] <br />by the Executrix as shown by the receipts of the legatees, now on file in this office, and that <br />said legatees have severally waived the filing of a final report by the Executrix, waived a statu -I <br />Cory notice to them of the filing of any report and have requested the Court to enter a final de- <br />tree, without notice. <br />The Court -finds that the said August Jaenicke died seized in fee of the following described <br />;real estate, situate in the County of Hall, and State of Nebraska, to-wit: <br />j <br />An undivided one half interest in Lot One (1) in Block Sixteen (16) in Bonnie Brae <br />Addition to Grand Island. <br />I <br />The Court finds that under the provisions of said last will and testament all of the right, <br />i <br />;title and interest of the testator in and to the above described real estate, to -grit: Lot One (1), <br />Block Sixteen (16) in Bonnie Brae Addition to Grand Island, in the County of Hall and State of <br />Nebraska, did pass and descend at the death of the said August Jeenicke to Maria Jaenicke, widow <br />!of the testator, in fee simple, and that all of the personal property belonging to the testator at <br />the time of his death, after the payment of the debts, funeral expenses, expense of last sickness,1 <br />costs of administration and the cash bequests to his children, passed to and became the property <br />of the said Maria Jaenicke. <br />It is therefore considered by the Court that all of the interest of the testator in and to <br />!Lot One (1) in Block Sixteen (16).in Bonnie Brae Addition to Grand Island in Hall County, Nebraska <br />'did pass and descend at his death under the provisions of his last will and testament to Maria <br />+Jaenicke, his widow. <br />It is further considered by the Court that all persons are forever barred from filing or set- <br />ting up any claims or demands against the estate of August Jaenicke, deceased, and said estate is { <br />{ <br />fully settled. <br />J.
