<br />Anna Guendel shall remain unmarried after my death. The above provisions in favor of my said wife,
<br />t be in lieu of all her rights in and to my estate under the law,

<br />I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, of whatsoever
<br />nature, unto my said children, Arthur Guendel, Emil Guendel and Florence Guendel, share and share
<br />alike.
<br />Seventh
<br />I hereby revoke any and all former wills made by me.
<br />Eighth
<br />I hereby nominate and appoint my brother Richard Guendel and my friend Charles Heusinger,
<br />and the Sirvivor of them as executors of this will.
