<br />ject however, to a life estate therein of Anna T. Guendel, surviving widow of said Julius Guendel,',;

<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that under the last will and testa-
<br />ment of the said Julius Guendel, deceased, the center one -third of Lot Number 7, in Block Number
<br />'54, of the original town (now city) of Grand Island, Nebraska, and the Southeast quarter of the
<br />'Southeast Quarter of Section Number 35, in Township Number 12, North, Range Number.Eight West; the
<br />South Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section Number 36 in Township Number Twelve, North, Range
<br />;Number 8.West; Island Tract, in Section Number One (1) conveyed to Julius Guendel, by deed record-
<br />ed in Book X of Deeds at Pages 497 and 498 of the deed records of Merrick County, Nebraska, contai
<br />ing 50.33 acres, a little more or less; The Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, Lot Numbe
<br />1, and Lot Number 5, in Section Number 2, all in Township Number 11, North, Range Number 8, West,
<br />in Merrick County, Nebraska, and being the game lands as are described as "my Merrick County, Neb-
<br />'raska,farm" in said last will and testament, passed and descended, by absolute title, to Arthur Gu,
<br />!del, Emil Guendel, and Florence Guendel, share and share alike, subject however, to the right of
<br />Anna T. Guendel, to the income therefrom so long as the said Anna T. Guendel remains unmarried
<br />after the death of the said Julius Guendel, deceased.

<br />I. Julius Guendel of Grand Island, Nebr. mindful of the uncertainties of this Mortal life,
<br />and being of sound mind and disposing memory do make and publish this my last will and testament
<br />in the manner and form following: that is to say: -
<br />First
<br />I direct that all,my just debts and the expense attending my burial be first paid.
<br />Second
<br />I give and bequeath unto my son, Arthur Guendel, the sum of Five Thousand ($5000) Dollars, t
<br />same to be paid to my said son on his arrival at the age of 21 years, provided, however, that my
<br />wife, Anna Guendel, shall have the income from said $5000, until my said son arrives at the age
<br />of 21 years.
<br />Third
<br />I give and bequeath unto my son Emil Guendel, the sum of Five thousand ($5000) Dollars, the
<br />same to be paid to my said son on his arrival at the age of 21 years, provided, however,that my
<br />wife, Anna Guendel shall have the incoine from said $5000 until my said son arrives at the age of
<br />?21 years.
<br />Fourth
<br />I give and bequeath unto my daughter Florence Guendel, the Westerly fifty-six (56) feet of
<br />Lot Number Seven (7) in Block Number Ninety -nine (99) in Railroad Addition to Grand Island, in
<br />.Hall County, Nebraska, I also give and bequeath unto my said daughter Florence Guendel the sum of
<br />'Two thousand ($2000) Dollars, the same to be paid to my said daughter upon her arrival at the age
<br />of 21 years, provided, however, that my wife Anna Guendel, is to have the income from said $2000
<br />until my said daughter arrives at the age of twenty -one years.
<br />Fifth
<br />I give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife, Anna Guendel, the Easterly ten feet of Lot
<br />lNumber Seven and all of lot Number Eight (8) in Block Number Ninety-nine (99) in Railroad Addition
<br />to Grand Island, Nebraska, (being the home now occupied by us) to have and to hold the same during
<br />her natural life. I, also, Give and bequeath unto my said wife, Anna Guendel, all the household
<br />furniture owned by me. I, ,also, give and bequeath unto my said wife the income from the property
<br />.known as the Center one -third (j) of Lot Seven (7) in Block Fifty-four (54) of the original town
<br />in ow City of Grand Island, Nebraska and my Merrick County, Nebraska farm, so long as my said wife
