<br />Now on this 16th day of December, 1909, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report
<br />of Charles R. Heusinger, and Richard Guendel, Fxecutors of the last will and testament of Julius
<br />Guendel, Deceased, and the Court having examined the records and files, and being fully advised
<br />I,
<br />in the premises, finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons interested in said ff
<br />'estate, of the time and place fixed for hearing upon said final report, as heretofore ordered by
<br />,the Court, and as required by law.
<br />The Court further finds that said Executors have fully accounted for all money and property b¢-
<br />Tonging to said estate, which has come to their.knowledge or possession; that said report is cor-
<br />`:rect in all things, and that the same ought to be approved, and allowed as and for the final repor
<br />of said Executors; that said Executors have paid the funeral expenses of said deceased, all debts
<br />!against said estate, the costs of administration, and have paid over to the proper parties all mon
<br />eys and property in their possession, in accordance with the terms of the will of the said Tulius
<br />Guendel, Deceased.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Julius Guendel, Deceased, died seized as the owner in
<br />fee simple of the following described real estate situated in the county of Hall and state of Neb -1,
<br />raska, to -wit: Lots number seven (7) and eight (8) in Block number Ninety-nine (99) in Railroad
<br />Addition to Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska, and the center one -third of Lot Number Seven
<br />(7) in Block Number Fifty -four (54) of the original town (now city) of Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Julius Guendel, Deceased, died seized as the owner in
<br />fee simple of the following described real estate, situated in the county of Merrick, and state of
<br />Nebraska, to -wit: The Southeast Quarter (SM +) of the Southeast Quarter (SE +) of Section Number
<br />Thirty - .five (35) in Township Number Twelve (12), North, Range Number Eight (8) West; the South
<br />Half (Sj) of the Southwest Quarter (SWI) of Section Number Thirty -six (36) in Township Number Twel
<br />(12), North, Range Number Eight (8) Nest; Island Tract, in Section Number One (1) conveyed to
<br />Julius Guendel, by deed recorded in Book X of Deeds at Pages497 and 498 of the deed records of
<br />Merrick County, Nebraska, containing 50.33 acres, a little more or less; the Northeast Quarter
<br />(NEI) of the Northeast Quarter (NEI), Lot Number One (1), and Lot Number Five (5), in Section Num-
<br />ber Two (2), all in Township Number Eleven (11), North, Range Number Eight (8) West, containing
