<br />simple of the followin, describdd real estate in the County of Hall, and State of Nebraska, towit
<br />All of Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5) and Six (6), in Block No. Eighteen
<br />(18), of the Original Town of Wood River, Nebraska; also, Lot No. Ten (10), in Block Twenty -one
<br />(21), of the Original Town of Wood River, Nebraska; also, a strip of land on the Test side of Lotl
<br />Eleven (11), in Block Twenty-one (21), in the Village of Wood River, Nebraska, bounded on the Wes
<br />by the West line of -sa.id lot and on the East by a line extending from Ninth Street North to the
<br />alley of said block and passing through the center of the West wall of the two -story brick build-
<br />ing now standing on said lot, approximately parallel with the Fest boundary line and distant there -
<br />from about fourteen (14) inches.
<br />The court finds that, under the provisions of the law of descent of the State of Nebraska,
<br />all of the above mentioned and described real estate did pass and descend at the death of the sai
<br />Thomas J. Dunn, to the above named heirs in manner following:
<br />To Lisette F. Dunn, widow of deceased, one -third part thereof in absolute title.
<br />To William T. Dunn, Joseph P. Dunn, Francis T. Dunn, and Marie E. Dunn, two- thirds part the
<br />of in equal shares subject, however to the homestead right of the said Lisette Dunn in and to said
<br />real estate,.
<br />It is, therefore, by the court considered, adjudged and decreed that all of the right, title
<br />and interest of Thomas J. Dunn in lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, in Block No. 18, of the Original Town
<br />of Mood River, and all of the right, title,and interest of the said Thomas J. Dunn, `in Lot No. 10,
<br />in Block 21, of the Original Town of Wood River, in Hall County, Nebraska; also a strip of land o
<br />the hest side of Lot 11, in Block 21, in the Village of Wood River, Nebraska,bounded on the West
<br />the 'Test line of said lot and on the Fast by a_.Iine extending from Ninth Street North to the a
<br />of said block and passing through the center of the West gall of the two -story brick building now
<br />standing on said lot, approximately parallel with the West boundary line and distant therefrom
<br />about fourteen (14) inches ; did pass and descend by virtue of the Law of Descent of the State of
<br />Nebraska, in the manner following: Lisette F. Dunn, one -third part thereof in absolute title; to
<br />(William T. Dunn, one -sixth part thereof; to Joseph P. Dunn, one-sixth part thereof; to Francis J.
<br />Dunn, one -sixth part thereof; to Marie E.Dunn, one -sixth part thereof, the shares of said real es-
<br />tate going to the children of said deceased subject to the homestead right of Lisette F. Dufin,
<br />the widow, in and to said real property.
