FINAL DECREE: -
IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,MBBRASKA.
On the matter of the estate of)
F I IT A L D F C R E R.
THOMAS J. DUNN, DECEASED.)
Now on this 26th day of January, 1917, it appearing to the satisfaction of the court, from
the proof on file, that all persons interested in the estate of Thomas J. Dunn, deceased, have en -
tered their voluntary appearance herein, waived time and further notice, it further appearing that
all claims filed and allowed against said estate have been paid and satisfied, this cause came on
for hearing upon the final report of William T. Dunn, administrator.
After a full examination of said report and of the files and records in this estate, the
i
court finds that the same is correct in all respect and ought to be allowed; that the administratj
has accounted for all of the estate which came into his possession, has paid the costs of adminisl
tration and funeral expenses and all debts allowed against the estate; that he has received from
all sources the sum of $8132.31, and has paid out the sum of $6791.94; that there remains in his
hands for distribution, the sum of $1340.37, and that he also has in his possession the following
described personal property belonging to the estate of said deceased, to -wit: 53 head of hogs;
31 head of cattle, 8 head of horses, all machinery and tools set out in the inventory heretofore
filed, also one wire stretcher purchased by the administrator, also approximately 640 bushels of
oats, 500 bushels of shelled corn, 300 bushels of ear corn, 100 bushels of snap corn, 20 tons of
cane, 10
tons
of alfalfa,
60
bushels of
potatoes.
The
court
finds that
the
children
of the said deceased, namely William T. Dunn, Joseph P. Dui
Francis J.Dunn and Marie E. Dunn, all of whom are of legal age, have sold, assigned and transfer-
,,red all of their right, title and interests in the above described personal property now remain-
ing in the hands of the administrator to Lisette F. Dunn, their mother, the widow of the Deceased
Thomas J. Dunn, and that all of the above mentioned personal property including cash remaining in
the hands of the administrator should therefore be delivered by the said administrator to the
,r
said Lisette F. Dunn.
3
The court finds that by order of this court dated March 25, 1916, creditors of the said Tho s
J.Dunn were allowed six months from the 24th day of April, 1916, in which to present their claims
in the office of the County Judge, of Hall County, Nebraska, that the time so allowed for filing j
claims expired on the 24th day of October, 1916; that notice of the time allowed and place appoin -
ed for filing claims against said estate was given to all creditors by publication of such notie
for four consecutive weeks in the Wood River Interests, a legal newspaper published in Hall idly CSun i
tyr, Nebraska; that all claims filed and allowed against said estate have been f _ - paid and sat !
i
isfied, and that all claims outstanding against the said deceased not so filed and within the time
limited, if any such there be, are therefore forever barred, and excluded.
i
It is, therefore, by the court considered that the report of William T. Dunn, administrator,
be and the same hereby is approved and allowed as and for his final account and that upon his fi14
ing in this court the receipt of Lisette F. Dunn for the personal - property now in his hands belo
ing to said estate, he 'be discharged of his trust and his bond released.
It is further considered that all persons are forever barred from filing or setting up any
claims or demands against the estate of. Thomas J. Dunn, deceased, and that said estate is fully
settled and closed.
The court finds that the said Thomas J. Dunn departed this life at his home in Wood River,
Hall County, Nebraska, on the,15th day of February, 1916, and that he died intestate, leaving sur-
viving him as his only heirs at la,w, the following named persons: Lisette F. Dunn, his widow,
William T.Dunn, his son, Francis J.Dunn, his son, Joseph P.Dunn, his son, and Marie E.Dunn, his
daughter.
