<br />The Court finds that by order dated May 16th 1917, creditors of the said Joseph C.Gerspachex
<br />were allowed six months from the 11th day of June, 1917, in which to present their claims in the
<br />office of the County Judge of Hall County, Nebraska, for allowance; that notice was given to all
<br />persons interested in the manner provided by law of the time allowed and the place appointed for
<br />I
<br />filing claims against said estate; that the time so allowed for filing claims has fully expired;
<br />(that no claims of any nature were filed against said estate and that all claims outstanding
<br />against the said Joseph C.Gerspacher,, deceased, of his estate, are therefore forever barred and
<br />excluded.
<br />The Court finds that the said Joseph C.Gerspacher departed this life on the 11th day of May,
<br />11917, at his home in Grand Island, Nebraska, that he died intestate and that he left surviving
<br />1him as his heirs at law and his only heirs at law, the following named persons:
<br />Lillie Gerspacher, his widow;
<br />Robert E.Gerspacher, his son, and
<br />Joseph L.Gerspacher, his son
<br />The Court finds that the said Joseph C. Gerspacher died seized in fee of the following des-
<br />cribed real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />Lot Three (3) and Four (4) in Block Five (5) in Gladstone Place in the City of Grand Island.
<br />The Court finds that under the provisions of the law of descent of the State of Nebraska, the
<br />!above mentioned and described real estate did pass and descend at the death of the said Joseph C
<br />(Ge rspac her to the said Lillie Gerspacher, Robert E.Gerspacher, and Joseph L.Gerspacher in equal
<br />(shares and in absolute title.-
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDFF.FD BY THE COURT that the report of the Administratrix of the estate
<br />of Joseph C. Gerspacher, deceased, be, and the same hereby is, approved and allowed as and for he=
<br />final account, and she is discharged of her trust.
<br />It is further considered by the Court that all persons are forever barred from filing or
<br />,setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Joseph C. Gerspacher, deceased, and the
<br />estate is fully settled and closed.
<br />It is further considered and adjudged by the Court that all of the right title and interest
<br />lof the said Joseph C. Gerspacher, deceased, in and to the Lots Three (3) and Four (4) in Block
<br />Five (5) in Gladstone Place in the City of Grand Island, County of Hall and State of Nebraska, die
<br />pacts and descend at the death of the said Joseph C. Gerspacher, to his widow, Lillie Gerspacher
<br />iand his sons Robert E. Gerspacher and Joseph L. Gerspacher, in equal shares, each of the above
<br />named heirs taking an undivided One Third part thereof.
