Mead, deceased) IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. F I N A L DECREE. Now on this 14th day of February, 1906, this cause came on for hearing, upon the final accoun Hof Lena J. Mead Administratiix of the estate of Israel N. Mead, deceased, and it satisfactority ;appearing to me, from the proof on file, that all persons interested in the estate have been duly i notified as required by law and the former order of this court, by publication, and this cause having been adjourned to this day from the 10th instant, and no one appearing to object to or pro- !test against the allowance of the account, and it further appearing, after a Pull examination of ;said account that the same is correct in all respects and ought to be approved and allowed, it is, therefore, i Ordered, adjudged and Decreed that final Report of Lena J. Mead, Administratiox of the estate i o Israel N.Mead, deceased, be and the same is hereby approved and allowed as and for her final iaccount and she is discharged of her trust and her bond released, and she is to pay over to hersel as widow the balance, $17.37, remaining in her hands. The Court finds that due and legal notice was given all persons of the time allowed and place appointed for presenting claims, against said estate; that the time allowed has long since expired .that all claims filed and allowed by the Court have been fully paid and satisfied; that the said ! Administratiix has paid the funeral expenses of said deceased, the expenses of the last sickness land the costs of the Administration and has fully accounted for all the estate which came into 1 her hands. The Court further finds that the said Israel N.Mead was, at the time of his death, the owner jof the following described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit The North West Quarter of the South West Quarter and the North East Quarter of the South West Quarter of Section 4, Township 9, Range 11; the North East Quarter of the South East Quarter, the South East Quarter of the North East Quarter and part of the South West Quarter of the North East Quarter of Section 5, Township 9, Range 11. 1 The Court further finds that the said Israel N. Mead left him surviving, as his heirs at law, and his only heirs at law, the following named persons, to -wit: ,Lena J.Mead, his widow, and Charles N.Mead and George C.Mead his sons, The Court further finds that under the laws of the State of Nebraska all of the said real so- state did pass and descend at the death of the said Israel N.Mead, intestate, to the said George IC.Mead and Charles N.Mead, his sons, in equal shares, subject only to the Homestead and Dower ri of the said Lena J. Mead, his wi4ow, in said real estate. f s
