<br />certify that on the 31 day of May A.D.1911 the instrument purporting to be the last will and tes-
<br />tament of Robert N.Dill, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 23 day of
<br />;March A.D.1911, said instrument to which this is attached was duly proved, probated, and allowed
<br />.as the last will and testament of the said Robert N.Dill, deceased, and the same was ordered to
<br />be recorded in the records of the court aforesaid.

<br />Now on this 11th day of March, 1912, this cause came on for hearing upon the final account o
<br />!James E. Dill, Executor of the Last Will and Testament of Robert N. Dill, deceased, and it appea
<br />ing to the Court from the proof on file that due notice has been given all persons interested in
<br />the estate of said deceased of the filing of the final report of said executor, and of the time
<br />and place fixed for the hearing thereon, and there being no objection or protest on file, and it
<br />appearing to the Court,, after a full examination thereof, that said report is correct in all res-
<br />pects and ought to be approved and allowed as and for the final account of said executor.
<br />The Court finds that-said executor has fully accounted for all of the estate of said deceased
<br />'which came to his possession, has paid the costs of administration, the funeral expenses and all
<br />.debts allowed, and that there remains nothing in his hands for distribution.
<br />The Court finds that due and legal notice was given to all creditors of the said deceased of
<br />the time allowed and place appointed for filing claims against his estate; that the time so limits
<br />has fully expired; that all o�aims filed and allowed have been paid and satisfied; that all claims
<br />outstanding against said deceased and not presented, if any such there be, are forever barred.
<br />It is therefore ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the account of J.E.nill, executor, be and
<br />the same hereby is approved and allowed as and for his final account.
<br />It is further ordered and decreed that all persons are forever barred from filing or setting
<br />up any claims or demands against the estate of Robert N. Dill, deceased, and said estate is fully
<br />!settled and closed.
<br />The Court finds that the said Robert N. Dill was at the time of his death the owner of the
<br />fpllowing described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit:
