<br />F. Vaughan, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 10th day of December 1917,
<br />said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the
<br />last will and testament of the real personal estate of said Joseph F. Vaughan, deceased, and the
<br />same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />I, Robert N. Dill of Grand Island, Nebraska, being of sound mind and disposing
<br />memory do make and publish this my last will and testament in the manner and form following;
<br />That is to say:
<br />"First."
<br />I direct that my just debts and the expenses attending my burial be first paid.
<br />"Second."
<br />I give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife Naomi Belle Dill, for the period of her nat-
<br />ural life, all of the property, both real and personal, of which I shall die the owner.
<br />"Third. "
<br />I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder over of my said property,bo
<br />real and personal, unto my children Sallie E. Ford, James E. Dill, Robert J. Dill and Joseph F.
<br />Dill, share and share alike. Provided, that should any of my said children die before the death
<br />of my, said wife, Naomi Belle Dill, leaving issue surviving, then such surviving child or childri
<br />of any deceased parent to take the parents share.
