The Court finds that the said Harm Thaden died seized in fee of the North Half of Section <br />�ITwenty -four (24) in Township Nine (9) in Range Ten (10) West and the North East Quarter (NE *) of <br />,!Section T *enty -three (23) in Township Nine (9) in Range Ten (10) and the South East Quarter (SEJ) <br />9 ;of Section Twenty -eight (28) in Township Nine (9) in Range Xine 9# all situate .:in. Hall County,Neb- <br />�raska... <br />The Court finds that under the provision of the law of descent of the State of Nebraska all <br />of the above mentioned and described real estate did pass and descend at the death of the said <br />�rm Thaden, intestate, to George Thaden, Christina Porth, William Thaden, Margaret Thaden, and <br />Igenry Thaden in equal shares and in absolute title. <br />IqIt is therefore considered by the Court that the North Fast quarter (NEB-) of Section Twenty - <br />four (24) in Township Nine (9) in Range Ten (10) and the North Test Quarter (NW-t) of Section Twen- <br />ty -four (24) in Township Nine (9) in Range Ten (10) and the North East Quarter (N*) in Section <br />�wenty-three (23) in Township Nine (9) in Range Ten (10) and the South East quarter of Section <br />�wenty -eight (28) in Township Nine (9) in Range Nine (9) all in Hall County, Nebraska, did pass and <br />descend at the death of Harm Thaden, intestate, to George Thaden, Christina Porth, "illiam Thaden, <br />•rgaret Thaden, and Henry Thaden, children of the deceased, in equal shares in in fee title. <br />i J.
