<br />deceased, in the state -of Nebraska; that the said Henry Chamberlin died seized as the owner in
<br />fee simple of an estate of inheritance in Lot number 11, and the west 17 feet of lot number 12,
<br />in Block number 6 in MacColl & Leflang's Addition to the town of Wood River, in Hall County, Neb-
<br />ra,ska,; that he left surviving him Lola M. Chamberlin, now Lola M. Van Dervort, his surviving widow,
<br />and Marvin Chamberlin, a son, of lawful age, and Addle L. Chamberlin and Beulah Chamberlin, daugh-
<br />ters, both of lawful age, as his heirs at law and his only heirs at law; that under the laws of
<br />descent of the state of Nebraska in force at the time of the death of the said Henry Chamberlin,
<br />the said Lola M.Chamberlin, now Lola. M. Van Dervort, surviving widow of said Henry Chamberlin,
<br />;deceased, took a dower estate in the real estate hereinbefore described, and that subject only to
<br />!the said dower estate, the real estate herein described, passed and descended, upon the death of
<br />the said Henry Chamberlin, in equal shares to the said Marvin Chamberlin. Addie L.Chamberlin, and
<br />' ;Beulah Chamberlin, and to their respective heirs and assigns forever, and that same is hereby so
<br />,awarded, and all debts of said deceased, and all debts against the estate of said deceased, if
<br />any such exist, are forever barred and precluded, and further administration of the estate of the
<br />:said Henry Chamberlin, deceased is hereby dispensed with, and said estate is forever settled and
<br />closed.

<br />Now on this 23rd day of November, 1917, the Court being fully satisfied that all persons in-
<br />�terested in the estate of Harm Thaden, deceased, have entered their voluntary appearance herein,
<br />vraiving time and further notice, and that all claims filed and allowed against the estate of said
<br />;deceased have been paid and satisfied, this cause came on for hearing upon the report of William
<br />IThaden and Henry Thaden. administrators of said estate.
<br />After full examination of said report the Court being fully advised in the premises, finds
<br />that the report of the Administrators is correct in all respects and ought to be allowed; that the
<br />Administrators have accounted for all of the estate which came into, their hands have paid the fun-
<br />eral expenses, the expenses of the last sickness, the costs of administration, and all debts filed
<br />and allowed against said estate, and that there remains no property in their hands for distributie
<br />The Court finds that by order entered April 24th 1917, the creditors of the said Harm Thaden
<br />lwere allowed sax months from the 21st day of May, 1917, in which to file their claims in the offie
<br />lof the County Judge of Hall County, Nebraska, or be forever barred; that the time then allowed for
<br />ifiling claims has fully expired; that notice was given to all persons interested of the time allow
<br />and place appointed for filing claims against said estate; that all claims filed and allowed
