Chamberlin, now Lola M. Van Dervort, his surviving widow, <br />and Marvin Chamberlin, a son, of lawful age, and Addle L. Chamberlin and Beulah Chamberlin, daugh- <br />ters, both of lawful age, as his heirs at law and his only heirs at law; that under the laws of <br />descent of the state of Nebraska in force at the time of the death of the said Henry Chamberlin, <br />the said Lola M.Chamberlin, now Lola. M. Van Dervort, surviving widow of said Henry Chamberlin, <br />;deceased, took a dower estate in the real estate hereinbefore described, and that subject only to <br />!the said dower estate, the real estate herein described, passed and descended, upon the death of <br />the said Henry Chamberlin, in equal shares to the said Marvin Chamberlin.
