(copy) <br />In County Court of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />!In the matter of the estate of) <br />Final Decree. <br />John Shehein, Deceased.) <br />1-:79 <br />Now on this 7th day o f November 1908, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report <br />;Mary E.Shehein, Executrix of the last Will and Testament of John Shehein, deceased, and it sat - <br />jisfaetorily appearing to me from the proof now on file that all persons interestedin said estate <br />have been notified by publication as required by the order of this Court dated October 26th,1908 <br />,and there being no objections or protest on file, whereupon the Court proceeded to examine said <br />;report After a full examination the Court finds that said report is correct in all respects and <br />{ <br />?ought to be allowed; that the said executrix has accounted for all of said estate which came int <br />!her hands; that she received the sum of $700.00 and paid out the sum of $147.65. and that - remain <br />in her possession for distribution the sum of $552.35 <br />The Court finds that by order of Court dated May 25th,1907, creditors of John Shehein were <br />allowed six months from the 3rd day of June., 1907, in which to present their claims in the office <br />of the County Judge of Hall County, Nebraska; that the time then allowed for filing claims has <br />fully expired; that notice was given all creditors by publication and by posting of the time allot <br />ed and place appointed for filing claims; that no claims of any nature were filed; that all claims <br />outstanding against the estate of John Shehein are forever barred and excluded. <br />It is therefore Ordered, Adjudged and Decreed that the report of Mary E.Shehein Executrix be, <br />and the same is approved and allowed as and for her final account and she is discharged of her <br />trust and ber bond released. <br />It is further Ordered that all persons are forever barred from filing or setting up any <br />claims or demands against said estate. <br />The Court finds that the said John Shehein departed this life on the 10th day of April, <br />1907, and that he left surviving him as his heirs at law the following named persons: Mary E. <br />Shehein,his widow; Anna Denman, John Frank Shehein, Hattie May Shehein, David Earl Shehein, Leo <br />Shehein, Gladys Shehein and Vivian Shehein, his children. <br />The Court finds that the said John Shehein was at the time of his death the owner of the <br />following described real estate situated in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska. to -wit: <br />The lust one half (J) of the South West quarter (S.V"l.*) and Lots four (4) and five (5) in section! <br />twenty-two (22) in township ten (10) in range nine (9). <br />The Court finds that the said John Shehein left a last will and testament which instrument <br />was duly admitted to probate in this Court on the 25th day of May, 1907. and under the provisions <br />of which all of the above described real estate as well as the personal property remaining in t� <br />hands of the executrix, did pass and descend at the death of the said John Shehein to Mary E. <br />Shehein to have and to hold to her and her heirs and assigns forever. <br />The Court finds that the executrix has paid the specific bequests provided for in said wi <br />J. H. Yellin, ... County Judge. <br />I. John Shehein, of Doniphan, Hall County, Nebraska, considering the uncertainty of this <br />mortal life, and being of sound mind and memory, do make and publish this my Last Will and Testa- <br />went, in manner and form following: <br />1st I direct that my funeral charges, the expenses of administering my Estate and all my debts <br />be paid out of my personal estate. <br />2d I give and bequeath the sum of One Dollar to each of my children, viz: to Anna Denman, <br />John Frank Shehein Jr., Hattie May Shehein, David Earl Shehein, Leo Shehein, Gladys Shehein and <br />Vurn Shehein. <br />3d I give and bequeath all the residue of my Estate, Real and Personal to my wife Lary E. <br />Shehein whithout any reservation on my part whatsoever. <br />
