<br />Now on this 25th day of April, 1908, this cause came on for hearing upon the report of J.
<br />Elmer Dill, Administrator of the estate of Peter Wilson, deceased, and it satisfactorily ap-
<br />pearing to me, from the proof now on file, that all persons interested have been notified by pub-
<br />lication. as required by the order of this Court, dated April 11,1908, and no one appearing to i
<br />object to the allowance of the account of said administrator, and it further appearing to the
<br />Court, after a full examination of said account, that the same is correct in all respects and
<br />ought to be allowed, it is, therefore,
<br />Ordered, Adjudged, and Decreed that the account of J. Elmer Dill, Administrator of the esta
<br />of Peter Wilson, deceased, be and the same hereby is, approved and allowed as and for his final
<br />account and he is discharged of his trust and his bond released.
<br />The Court finds that due and legal notice was given to all persons of the time limited
<br />and place appointed for filing claims against said estate, that the time sb allowed has fully
<br />expired; that no claims of any nature were filed; that all claims not presented, if &ny there be,
<br />are therefore forever barred and excluded.
<br />It is, therefore, considered that all persons are forever barred from filing any claims or
<br />demands against said estate and the same is fully settled.
<br />The Court finds that said Peter Wilson left surviving him as his heirs at law and his only
<br />heirs at law, the following named persons: Annie Florence Wilson Bowen, )iis daughter ; Maurice
<br />S. Wilson, his son; Laura Alice Wilson Tuell, his daughter; Eugene Warren Wilson, his son; Carl
<br />Elmo Wilson, his son.
<br />The Court finds that the said Peter Wilson was, at the time of his death, the owner of the
<br />following described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska,, to -wit:
<br />All that part of Section Three (3) in Township Number Eleven (11) North, of Range Nine (9) West
<br />of the 6th P.Y. in Hall County, Nebraska, lying East of the center of the Omaha and.Republican
<br />Valley Railroad Company's railroad bed or track as now constructed through said Section, subject
<br />to the said Railroad Company's right of way on the East side of the center of said railroad bed
<br />or track now running through said section, except the land heretofore sold out of said above des -'
<br />cribed land,.described as follows : - the South East Quarter of the South East Quarter of said
<br />Section Three W and except Twenty acres in the South East Corner of the South West Quarter of
<br />said Section Three (3) which,said twenty acre tract is bounded on the east by the center line
<br />of said Section, on the South by the South line of said section, on the west by the east line
<br />of the right of way of the Omaha and Republican Valley Railroad Company and extend North so far
<br />as may be necessary to include aaid-quantity of Twenty acres, and that under the laws of the State
<br />of Nebraska all of said real estate did pass and descend at the death of the said Peter Wilson,'
<br />intestate to Annie Florence Wilson Bowen, Maurice S. Wilson, Laura Alice Wilson Tuell, Eugene

<br />Warren Wilson and Carl Elmo Wilson, children of the deceased, in equal shares, to have and to hol
<br />to them and their heirs and assigns forever.

<br />It is, therefore, Considered by me that all of the above described real estate belonging toy
<br />Peter Wilson did descend at his death, under the laws of the State of Nebraska, to the said Annie
<br />Florence Wilson Bowen, Maurice S. Wilson, Laura Alice Wilson Tuell, Eugene Warren Wilson, and
<br />Carl Rlmo Filson in equal shares as tenants in common.
