In the event that he fails <br />(PAGE FOUR) <br />neglects or refuses to file such acceptance, then in that event, I give and devise said North Wes <br />Quarter (NW-f) of Sectiom No. Three (3) Township No. Twelve (12), North of Range No, Nine (9), Wes <br />of the sixth (6) P.M., to my said son John Stolle, sub,iect, however, to a charge of Nine Thousan <br />Dollars ($9000.00), of which sum I give- <br />My son Otto Stolle, Five Thousand Dollars ($5000.00) to be paid him b_6 may said son John Stolle, <br />and <br />I give my son William Stolle, Four Thousand Dollars 04000.00) to be paid him by my said son <br />John Stolle, which sums I make a charge and lien upon said premises until said legacies have been <br />paid. <br />To my Daughter Anna, I give and devise and bequeath all of my furniture, household goods <br />and personal effects which I may have at the time of my death, excepting money on hand, promis- <br />sory-notes. mortgages and deposits in banks, also excepting my horse, buggy and harness. <br />I also give my daughter Anna the sum of Three Thousand Dollars ($3000.00) to be paid her <br />by my executor. <br />My horse, buggy and harness, I give to my son John Stolle. <br />To my son Henry Stolle, I give my residence property, namely, Lot No.Eight (8) in Block No. <br />One hundred twenty -four (124) of the Union Pacific Railroad Company's Second Addition to Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, to be sold by him without license or leave of any court, as he may <br />deem fit, and the proceeds thereof shall be distributed by him, and accounted for as the executor <br />of my will. <br />All my money, _promisory notes, mortgages, money on deposits in banks and elsewhere, the <br />proceeds from the sale of my home and all other chores in action, I give, devise and bequeath, a <br />ter the payment of the legacy of $3000.00 in favor of my said daughter Anna, in equal shares to <br />(PAGE FIVE) <br />my children, Herman, Henry, John, Louis and/ Otto, and to their respective heirs forever. <br />In the event that any of the beneficiaries of this will should die before receiving his or <br />her share, as herein provided, then such share shall go to the heirs of such deceased person, <br />shall not lapse. <br />In the event that this will is attacked for any reason whatever by, on behalf of, or for <br />benefit of any person named in this will, I hereby provide for and give such person the suns of <br />Fifty Dollars 050.00) out of my estate, and no more, and the provision made for such person in <br />this will, outside of said Fifty Dollars ($50.00) shall revert to my estate and shall be divided <br />in equal shares among my heirs, share and share alike. <br />All legacies given and provided for in this will, shall be due and become payable one year <br />after the date of my death. and shall bear no interest until after that time. <br />Done at Grand Island, Nebraska. this the 7" day of January A.
