life, do hereby make and declare this nay last will, hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
During my life time, I have made certain distribution among my children, which taken in con
nection with the life insurance which I carry, will equalize what might seem to be an unequal di-
ivision of my estate, but I have divided my property, in a way which seems to me to be fair, and I
,therefore appoint my son, Henry Stolle, executor of this will, and direct that he be permitted to
enter upon, and perform the duties of that office without giving bond or security of any kind.
