11(;LBZ <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />nw,110FAINEW111 I <br />1­_,67 <br />WILL & MCREE: - <br />�I IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />In the matter of the estate of) <br />F I N A L D C RFR. <br />1Charles Stolle, deceased.) <br />Now on this 31st day of October, 1917, this cause came on for hearing on the final report <br />of Henry Stolle, executor of the last will and testament of Charles Stolle, deceased, it appear. <br />Pi <br />�ling to the satisfaction of the Court that all persons intereste.din the estate of said deceased <br />lhave accepted notice of the filing ng of said report and of the time and place fixed for hearing <br />thereon, waived time and further notice and consent to the approval and allowance of said report. <br />After full examination of said report the Court finds that the same is correct in all res- <br />pects and ought to be allowed; that the executor has accounted for all of the estate of said de- <br />ceased which came into his hands, has paid all debts allowed against the estate as well as the <br />lexpenses of administration and has distributed the remainder of the personal property among those <br />lientitled to share in the distribution of the estate under the terms of the last will and testament <br />�of the said Charles Stolle, deceased. <br />{ <br />i <br />The Court finds that the creditors were allowed six months from the 8th day of January, <br />11917, in which to file their claims in the office of the County Judge, of Hall County, Nebraska; <br />�Ithat notice was given to all persons interested by publication, of the time allowed and place <br />appointed for filing claims against said estate; that the time allowed for filing claims against <br />lj - <br />!lthe estate of Charles Stolle, deceased. has fully expired and that all claims outstanding against <br />said estate and not so filed, if any such there be, are therefore forever barred. <br />It is therefore considered by the Court that the report of Henry Stolle, executor of the <br />last will and testament of Charles Stolle deceased, be, and the same hereby is, approved and al- <br />lowed as and for the final account of said executor. <br />It is further considered by the Court that all persons are forever barred from filing or <br />setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Charles Stolle, deceased, and that said es- <br />tate is fully settled and closed. <br />The Court finds that the said Charles Stolle departed this life on the 2nd day of November, <br />1916, being at the time of his death a resident and inhabitant of Hall County , Nebraska; that he <br />left a last will and testament which instrument was duly approved, admitted to probate and re- <br />j corded in this office on the 13th day of December, 1916. <br />} The Court finds that the said Charles Stolle died seized in fee simple of the following des-1 <br />cribed real estate situated in the County of Hall in the State of Nebraska, to -wit: <br />The east half of the south east quarter (SE +) of section number Four (4) the west half of the <br />d <br />f south west quarter (SW +) of Section number Three (3) the east half of north east quarter (NB+) <br />and the south west quarter of the north east quarter (NB +) of Section Number Nine (9) all in <br />fs <br />Township number Twelve (12) north of Range number Nine (9) west of the Sixth P.M., also 13j acre <br />R <br />in the south east quarter (SR+) of the north west quarter (NW +) of said Section number Nine (9) <br />(being the identical property described in book No.2 on page 302 of the deed Records of the of- <br />fice of the Recorder of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska) in Township No.Twelve in Range Number <br />3 <br />Nine (9) west of the Sixth P.M., also the North west quarter (NWI) of Section No. Three (3) in <br />in Township No. Twelve (12) north of Range .No. Nine (9) and also Lot No. Eight (8) in Block No. <br />,i <br />124 of the Union Pacific Railway Company's second addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County. Nebraska. <br />The Court finds that under and by virtue of the provisions of said last will and testament <br />I.11 of the above mentioned and described real estate did pass and descend at the death of the said <br />lee Stolle in the manner following: To Henry Stolle, the east half of the south east quarter', <br />(SEJ) of Section Four (4) and the west half of the south west quarter (SW+) of Section Three (3) <br />d the east half of the north east quarter (NEB-) and the south west quarter (SWI) of the north <br />
