<br />Now on this 25t1 day of October, 1917, this cause came on for nearing on the final report of
<br />Johann F. Reher, executor of the last will will and testament of Sophia F. Reher, deceased, it
<br />appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that Johann F. Reher, John Schuler, Caroline Meyer,
<br />born Schuler, and Dora Falldorf, born Schuler, are the only persons interested in said estate anc
<br />that trney have entered their voluntary appearance herein and have waved time and notice of settle
<br />men` and it further appearing to the Court that all claims filed and allowed against said estate
<br />have been paid.
<br />After a full examination of said report the Court, being fully advised in the premises,finds
<br />that the same is correct in all respects and ought to be approved.
<br />It is therefore considerea by the Court that the report of the Executor Johann 11. Reher be
<br />aria tree same hereby is approved and allowed as and for the final report of said Executor and he is
<br />uiscrnargea of nis trust.
<br />The Court finds that by order of tree Court dated February 8th, 1917, creaitors of the said
<br />Sophia F. Reher, deceased, were allowed six months from the 5th day of March, 1917, in which to
<br />file their claims, duly authenticated, in the office of the County Judge of Hall County for allow -
<br />ance; that notice was N;iven to all creuitors of tree time allowed and place appointea for filing
<br />claims against said estate; treat tine time allowed for filing claims nas fully expired and that all
<br />claims filed and allowed against said estate nave been fully paid and satisfied; that all claims
<br />outstanding; against the estate of said SophiaFReher, deceased, wiiich were not filed in trnis Court
<br />within the time allowed for filinpl claims, if any such exist, are therefore forever barred and
<br />excluded.
<br />It is therefore considered by tine Court that all persons are forever barred from filing or
<br />setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Sophia F.Refter, deceased, and that said es-
<br />tate is fully settled and closed.
<br />The Court finds that the said Sophia F. Rafter uepartea this life at her residence in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, on tae 27th uay of January, 1917, and that she left a last will and testament,
<br />which instrument was duly proved, allowed, and admitted to probate and recorded in tgis office on
<br />I the gtri day of February, 1917-

<br />in Section Twenty -two (22) in Township Eleven (11) in Range Dine (9) all in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />also trLe east half of the east half of the southwest quarter (S`W4) of Section Five (5) in Townsnip
<br />'Ten (10) in Range Eight (8) in Hamilton County, Nebraska.
<br />The Court finds that unaer the provisions of the last will and testament of Sophia F.Reher

<br />43000.00 to Dora Falldorf, aria to the payment by the said Jonn Schuler to Johann F. Reher, husband
<br />of tine testatrix, of tae sum of 9200,00 per anum during the lifetime of the said Johann F.Reher.
