<br />jFighth: If any of the legatees and benificiaries of this my will shall resist the due probate)
<br />thereof and attempt to break or set it asside, such action on their part shall be a forfeiture
<br />annulment of any and all interest and benefit they may nave under the will and such interest steal
<br />pass to those legatees who have not opposed this my last will, but have and do acquiese in its
<br />provisions.
<br />Ninth: I hereby constitute and appoint J. L. Senseney of hall County, Nebraska, as executor
<br />of this my last will and testament.
