It is therefore considered by the Court that tale report of the executor J.L.Senseney be and the same hereby is, approved and allowed as and for his final account. It is further considered by the Court that all persons are forever barred and precluded from f i ling or settin -T up any claims or demands against the estate of Theodore Pucnert, deceased, and that said estate is fully settled and closed. The Court finds that the said Theodore Puchert departed this life on the 12th day of October, 1916, being at the time of his death a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, and that he left a last will and testament which instrument was duly proved, allowed and admitted to probate in this Court on the 28th day of October, 1916. The Court finus that said Theodore Puchert, was at the time of his death the owner in fee simple of tAe following described real estate situated in the County of Hall and State of Nebrask to -wit: the east Half (Ea) of the north east quarter (NE4) and the North half (Y ) of the south east quarter (SE-4 ) of Section Twenty -one (21) in Township Ten (10) north of Range Eleven (11) wes of the Sixth principal Meridian, Lots Numbered One (1) and Two (2) of Section Twenty -eight (28 ) in Township Ten (10) in Range Eleven (11) west of the Sixth P.M. containing Fifty -seven ( -7) acre and Ninty- hundreths of an acres (90/100), The Court finds that the testator Theodore Puchert in his last will and testament directed that all of said above described real estate be sold and that the proceeds of such sale be applie to the payment of the legacies provided for under the terms of said last will and testament and tr the executor of said last will and testament has accordingly in pursuance of the power vested in him sold and transferred all of the above mentioned and described real estate and has applied the proceeds of said sale to the payment of legacies as required under the provisions of said last will and testament. The Court finds that all legacies under the terms of said last will and testament have been paid all of which is shown by the receipts of tree legatees filed in this Court. J.H.Mullin....
