<br />I, Ralph P. Wilson, Judge of the County Court of said County do hereby certify that on the
<br />12th day of Sel,tamber, 1916, a decree was duly entered by this court admitting the last will and
<br />testament of Charles Hammond, deceased to probate; that on the 13th day of September, A.D.,1916,
<br />special letters of administration were issued to Willard Hammond in said estate and that said
<br />special administrator duly reported to said court and was aischarged by decree of said court
<br />October 6, A.D., 1917.
<br />That on the lath day of September A.D.,1916, decree was entered duly appointing Anna R. Ham-
<br />mond, executrix and Willard Hammond, executor and letters issued to them on the 6th day of Octobe]
<br />1917. That a decree barring claims was entered on the 2d day of May, 1917.
<br />That on the 17th day of October, 1917, said estate was finally closed ana said executrix and
<br />executor discharged.
<br />I further certify that all legacies, special bequests and all debts have been paid and that
<br />the sole and only residuary legatees and devises under said will and the only persons entitled to
<br />a snare in the distribution of the estate of Cnalres Hammond, aeceased are:

<br />of J.L. Senseney, executor, of the last will and testament of Theodore Puchert, deceased, the C
<br />being satisfied from Vie proofs on file that all persons interested in the estate of said decease
<br />have been notJ_fied of tie filing; of said report and have entered their voluntary appearance herein,
<br />waive time and further notice, consent that a hearing may be had thereon instanter.
<br />On consiu.eration of the report the files ana the testimony, tae Court finds that said report
<br />is correct in every respect ana oug_nt to be approved; that the said executor has received from all
<br />sources the sum of x$21425.16 ana nas paid out for funeral expenses, expense of last sickness, wid-
<br />owl s allowance, taxes, and expense of auministrating the estate a sum of $1508.06 and that the re-
<br />mainder, $19917.10 has been distributed by the executor among the legatees ana that there remains
<br />no money or other j,roperty in tree narlas Of the executor for distribution.
<br />The Court finds that by order of Court dated October 28t11,1916, creditors of the said Theo
<br />Puchert, deceased, were allowed six months from tie 27trt aay of November, 1916, in which to file
<br />their claims in the office of the County Judge of Hall County, or be forever barred; that notice
<br />of the time allowed and place appointed for filing claims against said estate was given to all
<br />!creditors by publication as required by law and the order of Court; tnat the time allowed for fi
<br />ing claims nas fully expired and that all cl4ii?s filed and allowed against said estate have been
