The Last Will of Hans Ewoldt. <br />I, Hans Ewoldt, make this my last will, hereby revoking all.former wills by me made. <br />I appoint my wife Auguste Ewoldt executrix of this will and direct that she be.permitted to <br />enter upon and perform the duties of that office without brands of any kind. <br />My said wife Auguste Ewoldt shall have so much. of my estate as the law gives to her as my <br />wife and widow. <br />The personal property which I have or to which I may be entitled at the time of my death I <br />give to my wise to be hers forever, subject to the payment of the.expenses of ray last illness, <br />funeral charges a.nu the expense of probating this will. <br />The remainder of my estate, after giving to my wife what the law gives to her, I give and <br />devise to my nephew Bernhard Ewoldt and to his heirs forever. <br />Done this 2g" day of July A.D.1915. <br />Hans Ewoldt <br />The <br />foregoing <br />was at <br />the date <br />signed <br />sealed <br />published ana_declared by said Hans <br />Ewoldt <br />as and for <br />his <br />last will <br />in our <br />presence <br />and we <br />in his <br />presence and at his special.request <br />and in <br />the prese: <br />ce of each other have signed our na4ies as witnesses hereto. <br />Arthur C.
