<br />In The Name Of Goci, Amen
<br />I, Joachim Buttschau of Cairo in the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, being of sound mina and
<br />memory, and considering, the uncertainty of this frail ana transitory life, do therefore make, or -1
<br />lain, publish and declare this to be my last WILL AND TESTAMENT:
<br />First, I order and direct that my Executrix hereinafter named, pay all my just debts and
<br />eral expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.
<br />Second, After the payment of such funeral expenses ana debts, I give, devise and bequeath un
<br />to my belovea wife, Josephine 1uttschau, all my personal property of whatsoever nature and where-
<br />ever found, to be hela by her as her own property, forever. All the income and right of homesteaC
<br />from my real estate shall go to my said wife auring her natural lifetime; After her decease.I
<br />bequeath such real estate to my son, Fred Wilhelm :Buttschau, whose present address is Farmington,
<br />Whitman County, Washington ana to my daughter, Minnie Jane Paul whose present address is Overton,
<br />Dawson C,�,unty, Nebraska, ;snare ana share alike.
<br />Lastly, I make, constitute ana appoint my said, wife, Josephine Buttschau to be Executrix
<br />of this my last Will and Testament to serve without giving any bond, hereby revoking all former
<br />Wills by me mane.
