I]GLBZ <br />1 <br />1 <br />C <br />X55 <br />Cleburn street which lies west of block 9 and the south half of block 5 of said Wiebe's Addition, <br />and that said real estate so conveyed to said deceased by deed recorded in Book 29 at Page 297 as <br />above set forth, except that part thereof devised to said Herman W. A. Hehnke, as above stated, <br />Is hereby awarded to said John Hehnke, together with said Lot 1 in Block 3 of Wiebe's Addition. <br />The Court further finds that said Executors have accounted for all and singular of the pro- <br />perty and estate of said deceased coming into their hands, as provided by said will, and under th <br />orders of said Court, and that upon the filing by them of receipts for said balance in their hands <br />as above stated, together with said shares of capital stock of said Hehnke - Lohmann Company, from <br />the variouslegatees entitled thereto, under said will, they Will be fully discharged from their <br />said trust. <br />The Court further finds that under the provisions of the Fourth Clause of said will, t-lie sal <br />John Hehnke was required to pay to certain heirs, legatees, and devisees of said deceased, the s <br />of $1900.00, which was made a lien upon the premises devised to said John Hehnke, and that under <br />the provisions of said will, said lien should be released by an ordinary receipt given by the <br />parties entitled to said payment, and that as shown by the records and files hereof', said payments <br />have 'been fully made to the parties named in said will, and that they have duly executed to said <br />John Hehnke their receipts in full for said payments, and that said lien is fully discharged and <br />released under the provisions of said will. <br />IT IS THEREFORE BY THE COURT ADJUDGED, CONSIDERED AND DECREED that all claims or debts <br />against said estate not filed, if any exist, are hereby forever barred and precluded; that said <br />final report of said Executors be and hereby is in all things approved and confirmed, and that <br />upon the payment of said sum of $1623.75 remaining in their hands for distribution, to the par - <br />ties entitled thereto, and the filing of their receipts therefor in this Court, said estate will <br />be clr�sed, said Executors will be discharged from their Laid trust, and their bonds released; <br />that upon the death of said Herman H.
