The Court further finds that said deceased died the owner and seized of 372 shares of the
<br />capital stock of the iehnke-Lohmann Company, a corporation, in Grand Island, Nebraska, that said
<br />executors have sold one share of said stock, and have made equal distribution of the remaining
<br />371 shares thereof to the residuary legatees named in said will, and as provided therein; that
<br />after tqe payment of all of the debts of said estate, the costs of administration, there remained
<br />in the hands of said Executors the sum of $1623.75, which should be distributed to the residuary
<br />legatees named in said will as follows:

<br />The Court further finds tn.at said deceased died seized of the following described real es-
<br />tate situate in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit: Lot Number 1 in Block Number 3 of Wiebe's Addition
<br />to the city of Grand Island, Nebraska, and also of a certain parcel and tract of land conveyed to
<br />said deceased in the name of Herman Hehnke,Sr., by Eli A.Barnes, Administrator of the estate of
<br />Joseph Fox, deceased, by seed dated May 10,1902, and recorded in Book 29 of needs, at Page 297 of
<br />the Records of Hall County, Nebraska, reference being made herein to such deed for a full and
<br />complete description thereof, and that as provided in Clause Second of the will of said deceased,
<br />the following described part of said last named real estate was devised and is hereby awarded to
<br />Herman W.A.Hehnke, viz., "A strip of ground 40 feet facing on Clark Street in Grand Island, Neb-
<br />raska, by 132 feet deep lying south of and adjoining to the premises now occupied by said Herman
<br />W.A.Hehnke as a home and more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a point on the
<br />east line of said Clark Street, 132 feet south of the northwest corner of Lot- 15, of the County
<br />,Subdivision of a part of the south half of the southeast quarter of Section 16, in Township 11,
<br />';North of Range 9 West, in Hall County, Nebraska, running thence southerly, along the west line of
<br />said Clark Street 40 feet; thence turning at right angles with Clark Street and parallel with the
<br />northerly line of
<br />said Lot 15,
<br />and running 132 feet;

<br />The Court further finds that under the provision of the Fourth Clause of said will of said
<br />ceased, the said testator devised to John Hehnke said Lot Number 1 in Block Number 3 of Wiebe's
<br />Addition to tale city of Grana Island, Nebraska, ana also all of the remainder of the real estate
<br />owned by said deceased which was conveyed to him by said deea from Eli A. Barnes, Administrator,
<br />;etc., above referred to, except that part thereof devised to Herman W.A.Hehnke, as above set fort
<br />;which said property, tn.ough not fully described and set forth in said will, the Court finds to be
<br />,as follows: "That part of NE4 of NEJ of section 21, township 11, range 9, west, lying north of the
<br />.'centre of John Street as extended and east of the easterly line of Clark Street, (except that part
<br />,heretofore sold to Hehnke & Lohman) also that part of lot 15 of the County Subdivision of South
<br />,half of SEJ of Section 16, Township 11, range 9, lying north of John Street if extended and south
<br />iof the south line of the alley of blocks 3 and. 4 of Wiebe's Addition to Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br />and west of the center line of Cleburn Street, except those portions heretofore sold to Hehnke an(
<br />to Isaac Trice.) and being all of the land belonging to-ttze estate of Joseph Fdx, deceased, which
<br />lies north of what would be thy; center of John Street (were said street extended and completed),
<br />and south of the extendea south line of alleys which lie south of blocks 3 and 4 of Wiebe's Addi-
<br />.lion to Grand Island, Nebraska, east of the east line of Clark Street and west of that part of
