<br />I, Herman
<br />H. Hehnke, of Grand Island,

<br />ing memory, do
<br />make and publish this, my
<br />last will and testament,
<br />hereby
<br />revoking all
<br />former wil
<br />by me made.
<br />FIRST: I direct that all of my just debts, including the expenses of my funeral and the
<br />ministration of my estate, be first paid out of my personal property.
<br />SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath to my son, Herman W.A.Hehnke, a strip of ground forty
<br />feet ,facing on Clark Street, in Grana Island, Nebraska, by one hundred thirty -two feet deep, ly-
<br />ing South of and adjacent to the premises now occupied by him as a home, and more particularly
<br />described as follows: Commencing at a point on the East line of said Clark Street, one hundred
<br />thirty -two feet ,South of the Northwest corner of Lot Fifteen (15) of the County Subdivision of a
<br />part of the South half of the Southeast quarter of Section Sixteen (16), in Township Eleven (11),
<br />North of Range Nine (g), West, in Hall County, Nebraska, running thence southerly, along the West
<br />line of Baia Clark Street, forty feet; thence, turning at right angles with Clark street and para
<br />lel with tine northerly line of baid Lot 15, and running one hundred thirty -two feet; thence,
<br />turning at right angles, northerly, and parallel with the East line of said Clark street, and run
<br />ning forty feet; thence, turning at right angles, Westerly, and parallel with. the Northerly line
<br />of said Lot 15, and running one hundred thirty -two feet to the place of beginning, and being a
<br />part of

<br />THIRD: I give and bequeath to my son, John Hehnke, all of my household and kitchen furnit
<br />and my carpenter tools. This not to include the safe now at my resident, which belongsto The
<br />Hehnke- Lohmann Company, nor the specific items mentioned in Clause Five of this will.

<br />FOURTH: I give, devise and bequeath to my said son, John Hehnke, the home where I now live,)

<br />heir. -; Lot One (1), in :Block 'Three (3), of Wiebels Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br />and also all of that part of the Nortneast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section Twenty-onel
<br />(21),in Township Eleven (11),N'ortiz of Range x4ine (9),West, in Hall County, Nebraska, lying North
<br />of the center of John Street, if extended, and East of the Easterly line cf C`lark Street, in the
<br />city of Grand Island, Nebraska, ana being the property conveyed to me, in trig name of Herman
<br />Hehnke, Sr., from Eli A. Barnes, administrator of the estate of Joseph Fox, deceased, by deed dated
<br />May 10th, 1902, and recoraea in Book 29 of Deeds, at Page 297, of the records of Hall County,
<br />raska, except that part of said last above described premises devised to my said son, Herman W. Al
<br />Hehnke, in the Secona Clause of this will. Provided, however, and upon the express condition, �
<br />that he, the said John Hehnke, shall, within six months after my death, pay to my son, William
<br />Hehnke, the sum o Four Hunarea Dollars, and also to my sons, Herman W. A. Hehnke, Otto J. Hehnke
<br />Carl Hug' Hehnke and Carl Hehnke, the sum of Three Hundred Dollars each, and also to the legal
<br />heirs of
<br />my deceased
<br />son, Gustave
<br />A. Hehnke, the
<br />sum of Three
<br />Hundred Dollars,
<br />being a total

<br />Nineteen
<br />Hundred
<br />Dollars,which amounts
<br />are made
<br />liens on said
<br />premises devised

<br />in this clause of my will, the same to be released by receipts from the several persons in whose
<br />favor said charges and liens are created, or from their heirs or personal representatives, upon
<br />the payment of said several amounts due to them from the said John Hehnke as in this clause set f rth.
<br />FIFTH: I give and bequeath to my executors, hereinafter named, all of my personal ornaments,

<br />;jewelry, pictures, wearing appearel and family heirlooms, witn directions that they divide same
<br />among all of my children and the heirs at law of said Gustave A. Hehnke, deceased, at their dis-
<br />cretion and as their judguent may -best dictate.
<br />SIXTH: All of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate and property of every kind and
