(j <br />lst. I order that all my just debts and funeral expenses, and charges of administering my <br />estate shall be first paid out of my personal property if there be sufficient, if not the same <br />I <br />shall be a charge upon my real estate. <br />2nd. I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Catherine Niemann, if she survive me, the use of <br />f <br />all my personal property and real estate, that I may be possessed of at the time of my death, dur -1 ! <br />ing her life time, the intention being hereby that she the said Catherine Niemann should have a <br />life use of all my real and personal property, and of the rents, income and benefits thereof, for <br />r <br />her use as long as she may live. <br />3rd. After the deatn of my beloved wife, Catherine Niemann, should she survive me, and after;,i <br />the termination of her life interest in said property, I give, devise and bequeath all my real es -1 <br />tate and personal property of which I may be possessed at the time of my death as follows to -wit: <br />a <br />To my beloved Grandchildren, Henry Menck, Millie Menck, and Agnes Nelson, formerly Agnes menci:, <br />share and share alike, except that said Agnes Nelson shall receive Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00.) <br />less that each of the others, to -wit: Henry Menck and Millie Menck; to them ana to their heirs and, <br />,assigns forever. In the event that my wife, Catherine Niemann should not survive me, then the disposini <br />of the property made by paragraph three of this will shall take immediate effect after my death. <br />5th.
