<br />Brick Works, at Doniphan,,Nebraska,
<br />Lot 6 of the County Subdivision of Lots of the South half of sec.5 in Towng* 9, Range 9, Wiest
<br />of the 6th P.M.,containing 8.99 acres; also a tract of land described as follows: Commencing at
<br />the northeast corner of Lot 6 of the County Subdivision of a part of the South Half of section 5,
<br />Township 9 North, Range 9, West of the 6th P.M, running thence east along the half - section line
<br />250 feet; thence south 700 feet; thence west 250 feet; thence north along the east line of said
<br />Lot No.6, 700 feet, to place of beginning, the same being a rectangular piece of ground, contain -
<br />ing a small fraction.over 4 acres; also the following - described tract, beginning at a point 250 !
<br />feet east of the northeast corner of Lot 6 of the county Subdivision of a part of the South Half
<br />of section 5, Township 9 North, Range 9, west of 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska; running thence
<br />east 409.7 feet on a line parallel with the section -line on the -south side of said Section 5;thenc
<br />south, at right angles, 700 feet; thence west, at right angles, 410.8 feet; thence north to place
<br />of beginning; 700 feet, or more, the same being nearly a rectangular piece of land, containing
<br />287,175 square feet, or about 6.57 acres, situate in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Also an undivided * interest in the following described premises situate in Hamilton County,
<br />Yebraska, to -wit:
<br />Commencing at the southwest corner of Section 4; thence running east along the south line of
<br />said Section 4, 9 chains and 36 links; thence running north, parallelywith the west line of said
<br />Section 4, 21 chains and 51 links; thence west, parallel with the south line of said Section 4,
<br />7 chains and 9 links; thence west., variation 63 degrees south, 2 chains and 56 links, to the sec-
<br />tion -fine; thence south along the section -line to place of beginning, being a part of the South -
<br />west Quarter of Section 4, Township 10 North, Range 6, West of 6th P.M., containing 20 acres, be-
<br />ing property owned by said Charles Klose and John Schwyn, a co- partnership, in the operation of
<br />the Aurora Brick Works, at Aurora, Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that said John Schwyn died intestate, on August 13, 1911; that at the
<br />time of his death he was a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska, and left surviving
<br />him as his only heirs at law, the following named persons:
<br />Hattie A. Schwyn, his widow, and
<br />Elizabeth M. Schwyn, Anna L. Schwyn (Now Anna L.Oliver); Aimee R. Schwyn (now Aimee
<br />R. Thompson); and Mildred H. Schwyn, his daughters,
<br />and that all of said heirs at law are now over the age of eighteen years.
<br />The Court further finds that said John Schwyn was at the time of his death the owner of cer-
<br />tain shares in the Ross Investment Company, of Grand Island, Nebraska, and that since his death,
<br />said company has gone into liquidation, and that in the division of its property and holdings, it
<br />deeded to Hattie A. Schwyn, as trustee for herself and the other heirs at law of said deceased,
<br />the following described property, situate in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />Lots fifteen (15), sixteen (16) and seventeen (17) in block one (1) in Koehler Place, an Addi-
<br />tion to the city of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and lots six (6) and ten (10) in block
<br />one (1) in Lakeview, according to the recorded plat thereof, now on file in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of said county, and that the said Hattie A. Schwyn has, since receiving said
<br />deed, conveyed an undivided two - thirds interest in and to said property, so deeded to her by the
<br />Ross Investment Company, to said Elizabeth M. Schwyn, Anna L. Oliver, Aimee R. Thompson, and Mil
<br />red H. Schwyn, the other heirs at law of said deceased.
<br />The Court further finds that said Administratirx has accounted for all and singular of the
<br />;property and money coming into her hands, and that she has paid all debts, costs of administration,
<br />and that there remains for distribution among the heirs at law of said deceased, the sum of - - -
<br />1$16,989.50, which sum should be distributed as follows:

<br />and that said distribution has been duly made, and receipts given by said heirs at law, and filed
<br />by said Administratrix herein.
<br />The Court further finds that by agreement of the said heirs at law, the 31j shares of the
<br />capital stock of the Bank of Doniphan, belonging to said estate, has been duly assigned and tr
<br />Iferred to Hattie A. Schwyn, Trustee, on written authority of said heirs at law, filed herein.
<br />The Court further finds that said heirs at law have sold and conveyed to Charles Klose, thel
