<br />and Norman Simonson, sons of the said deceased, minors under the age of twenty -one years.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Simon H. Simonson occupied and used the West Half of
<br />the Southeast Quarter, of Section No. Twenty and West Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section No.
<br />Twenty -nine all in Township No. Thirteen, North, Range No. Eight West as the homestead of himself
<br />and farriily, and that his widow, the said Selma Simonson, is entitled to the sole use of the West
<br />Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section No. Twenty and the West Half of the Northeast Quarter of
<br />Section No. Twenty -nine all in Township No. Thirteen North, Range No. Eight for and during the
<br />term of her natural life, besides which the said Selma Simonson is entitled to an undivided one -
<br />third (-yl) interest in said Premises just described. and all of the real estate of said Simon H.
<br />Simonson, deceased, as described in this decree, and that there did pass and descend, and that
<br />said Berte Simonson, Ella Simonson, Oscar Simonson, Onon Simonson, and Norman Simonson, did take
<br />an undivided two - thirds (2/3) interest in all of the real estate described in this decree, subject
<br />to the life estate in the said Selma Simonson, above referred to.

<br />control of said original record; that said Court is a Court of record, has a seal, and that seal
