<br />matter of the estate of Sadie A. Moran, deceased, with the original record thereof, now remaining
<br />in said Court, that the same is a correct transcript thereof, and of the w46 le of such original
<br />record; that said Court Is a Court of Record having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that
<br />said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name, and that I am the legal
<br />custodian of said Seal and of the Records of said Court, and that the foregoing attestation Is In
<br />due form of law.

<br />IN THE E COUNTY COURT OF MERRICK COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />In the matter of the estate of Simon H Simonson, Deceased.
<br />FINAL DECREE.
<br />Now on this loth day of July, 1917) this cause came on to be heard, upon the petition for final
<br />settlement of the estate of Simon H. Simonson, Deceased, it appearing to the satisfaction of the
<br />Court, that all persons interested have been auly notified, as by law provided.
<br />After a full examination of the report of Selma Simonson, adainl6tratrix of the estate of
<br />the said Simon H. Simonson., deceased, the Court finds that tne same is correct in all respects,
<br />and ought to be approved and allowed, as and for the final account of said administratrix, that
<br />the said administratrix has accounted for all of the estate which came Into her possession.
<br />It is therefore considered and adjudged by the Court, that the report of the said Selma
<br />Simonson, administratrix, be and the same is hereby approved, and allowed by the Court, as and
<br />for her final account.
<br />ii The Court further finds that notice was given to all creditors of the time allowed and place
<br />appointed for filing claims against said estate; that the time limited for filing claims has ful-
<br />ly expired; that all claims filed and allowed by said estate nave been fully paid, and satisfied;
<br />that all claims out-standing against the said Simon H. Simonson, and not so filed, if any there
<br />be, are, therefore forever barred ana excluded.
<br />It is therefore considered and adjudged by the court, that all persons are forever barred
<br />I and excluded from filing any claims against the estate of Simon H. Simonson, and that said estate
<br />18 fully settled and closed,
<br />The Court further finds that the said Simon H. Simonson departed this life on the 31st,day
<br />of May,1916,being at the time a resiaent or Merrick County, Nebraska, and that Ae left no last
<br />will or testament, and was at tfte time of his death the owner of the following aezeribed real es-
<br />tate, situate In the county of Merrick, and State of Nebraska, to-wit:
<br />The Southwest quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SWJI.SEJ) of Section No. Nineteen (19) and
<br />the West Half of the Southeast quarter (wj SEJ) of Section No, Twenty (20), The North Half (NJ)
<br />of Section No, Twenty-nine (29) and the West Half of the Northeast Quarter (Wj NEJ) of Section No
<br />Thirty (30) all in Township No. Thirteen (13) North, Range No. Eight (8), West of the 6u P.m.
<br />Also the following described real estate, situate in Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit:
<br />Lots No.Ten (10) and Eleven (11) in Hawthorne Place In the Northwest quarter (Nwf) of sec-
<br />tion No. Twenty-two (22) in Township No. Eleven, (11), North, Range No. Nine (9), West of 61, P.M.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Simon H. Simonson left surviving him the following
<br />named heirs at law, and only heirs at law, to-wit: Selma Simonson, his widow, Berte Simonson and
<br />Ella Simonson, daughters, now more than eighteen years of age, and Oscar Simonson, Onan Simonson,
<br />
