<br />It is, tilerefore, considered and adjudged by the court that the Westerly 36 213 feet of lot 6

<br />.in block 4, of East Park Addition to Grand Islam, ebraska,Adid pass and descend at the death of
<br />Sadie A. Moran, under and by virtue of the terms and provisions of her last will and testament, toy
<br />Bessie T. Moran, her sister, in fee simple.
<br />The court further finds that all of the personal property belonging to the Sadie A. Moran, dil
<br />pass and descend at her death, under the provisions of her last will and testament to the said
<br />Bessie T. Moran.

<br />Last Will and Testament of Sadie A. Moran
<br />I, Sadie A. Moran, now of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, formerly of the City of St.LouiC
<br />Missouri, considering the uncertainty of this moral life, and being of sound mind and memory, do
<br />make and publish this my last will and testament, in the manner and form following:
<br />First: I direct that my funeral charges,the expenses of administering my estate, and all my deb
<br />be paid out of my personal property. If that be insufficient I authorize my executriX; hereinafte
<br />named to sell so much of my real estate as may be necessary for that purpose.
<br />Second: I give and bequeath all the residue of my estate, real and personal, whether now owned
<br />be me or hereafter acquired, wherever situate, to my- beloved sister Bessie T.Moran of the said Ci
<br />of St.Louis, Missouri, which sister when in the last named city usually stops with my beloved bro-
<br />tier, William A.Moran at 5963 Cote Brilliant Ave. The reason for not making any bequest to my sai
<br />beloved brother is not because I do not love him as a brother,, but for the reason that he is Bette
<br />able to care for himself than my aforesaid sister. Hence, he is excluded from the provision of
<br />this will.
<br />I appoint my said sister Bessie T.Moran executrix of this my last will and testament, hereby re-
<br />voking all former wills by me made.
<br />In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name this third day of January, 1916, in the
<br />said city of Grand Island, Nebraska.
