WILL & DECREE:-
In The County Court of Hall County, Nebraska.
In the matter of the estate of)
) F I N A L D E C R E E.
Sadie A. Moran, deceased.)
Now on this 1st day of August, 19179 this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of
Bessie T. Moran., executrix of the-last-will and testament of Sadie A. Moran, deceased, after due
notice given to all persons interested as required by law and the order of this court dated July
20th, 1917.
On consideration of the report, the files, and the testimony, the court finds that said re-
port is correct in all respects and ought to be allowed; that the executrix has accounted for all
of the estate which came into her possession and that there remains no money in her hands for dis
tribution.
The court finds that creditors of the said Sadie A. Moran, deceased, were allowed six months
from.the 1st day of January, 1917, in which to file their claims in the office of the County Judge
for allowance; that notice was given to creditors of the time allowed and place appointed for fil -i
Ing claims against said estate; that the time so allowed for filing claims has fully expired, and
that all claims filed and allowed against said estate have been paid; that all claims outstanding)
against the said Sadie A. Moran not so filed and within the time here limited are therefore foret-
er barred and excluded.
it is, therefore, considered by the court that the report of the executrix be, and the same
hereby is, approved and allowed as and for her final account.
It is further considered by the court that all persons are forever barred from filing or set-
ting up any claims or demands against the estate of Sadie A. Moran, deceased, and that said estat
is fully settled and closed.
Tie court finds that the said Sadie A. Moran departed this life at her residence in Hall
ty, Nebraska, on the 15th day of November, 1916, and that she left a last will and testament whi
instrument was suly allowed and admitted to probate in this court on the 6th day of December, ,19
The court finds that the said Sadie A. Moran was at the time of her death the owner in fee of
the following described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit:
The westerly 36 -2/3 feet of lot Six (6 ), in Block four (4) of East Park Addition
to Grand Island, Nebraska.
The court finds that under the provisions of said last will and testament, the above...mentione
and described real estate did pass and descend at the death of the testatrix, to Bessie T. Moran,
the City of St.Louis, Missouri, a sister of the said Sadie A. Moran, in absolute title.
