<br />wherever situated and owned by me at the time of my death, I give devise and bequeath to my Brath�
<br />Samuel A Steadman, subject to the payment of the foregoing legacies and debts herein provided,
<br />12. If my personal property be insufficient to pay the debts and legacies bereinbefore pro-
<br />vided, I direct that my executor sell so much of my real estate as will be necessary for the pay-
<br />ment thereof,
<br />13. If any of the benbLiciaries above named shall die dur4ing my life time, I direct that
<br />their share shall not lapse, but same shall be paid to their legal representatives as by law

<br />14. I name nominate and appoint my brother, Samuel A. Steadman executor of this, my last will
<br />and testament and request that He be not required to give bond as such executor,

<br />ust A.D.1915, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of George W. Steadman,
<br />'deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 18th day of September A.D.1915, said
<br />'instrument to which this is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the last will and
<br />testament of the said George W. Steadman, deceased, and the same was ordered to be recorded in the
<br />records of the court aforesaid.
