Steadman, deceased.) <br />Now on this 7th day of June, 1917, this cause came on to be heard upon the final report of <br />Samuel Steadman, executor of the last will and testament of George W. Steadman, deceased, having <br />1, been duly continued from the 28th day of April, 1917, for payment of legacies, and it satisfacto <br />lily appearing to the court from the proof now on file that notice has been given to all persons <br />interested in the estate of said deceased of the filing of said report and of the time and place <br />fixed for the hearing thereon, and it further appearing that no one has appeared to object to or <br />protest against the allowance of said report. <br />After a full examination of said report, the court being fully advised in the premises, fi <br />.that said report is correct in all respects and ought to be allowed; that the executor has account <br />ed for all of the estate which came into his possession; has paid the legacies provided for under <br />'the terms of the last will and testament of said deceased; has paid all claims filed and allowed <br />against said estate, as well as the costs of administering the estate, and that there remains no <br />money or other property in his possession for distribution. <br />It is therefore by the court ordered, adjudged.and decreed that the final report of Samuel <br />Steadman, executor, be and the same hereby is approved and allowed as and for his final account <br />and he is discharged of his trust and his bond released. <br />The court finds that by order of court dated September 18, 1915, creditors of the said Geor <br />W. Steadman, deceased, were allowed six months from the 25th day of October, 1915, in which to fil( <br />their claims in the office of the County Judge of Hall county, Nebraska; that notioe of the time <br />allowed and place appointed for fill rg claims was given to all persons interested in the manner <br />provided by law, by publication of such notice for four consecutive weeks in the Wood River, Inter -. <br />ests, a legal newspaper published and circulating in Hall County, Nebraska; that the time allowed' <br />for filing claims has long since expired; that all claims filed and allowed against said estate <br />have been fully paid and satisfied ana that all claims outstanding against the said George A. <br />Steadman or his estate, if any such there txlst, are therefore forever barred and excluded. <br />It is therefore considered and adjudged by the court that all persons are forever barred, ex- <br />eluded and precluded from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the said George W. <br />1 <br />1 <br />
