FINAL ]DECREE
George W.Snearly, Deceased. )
i 35
Now on this 30th day of Juno, 19179 this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of
Emma J.Snearly, administratrix of the estate of George W.Snearly, deceased, it appearing to the
satisfaction of the Court, from the proof now on file, that all persons interested in the estate
of said deceased have been duly notified of the filing of said report and of the time and place
fixed for final settlement of said estate, by publication, as required by the order of court date
June 18, 1917, and there being no objection or protest on file.
After a full examination of said report the court finds that the same is correct and ought to
be allowed; that the administratrix has accounted for all of the estate of said deceased which
came to her possession and that there remains no money or other property in her hands for distrib-
ution.
The court finds that notice was given to creditors of the time allowed and place appointed for
filing claims against the estate of said George W.Snearly, deceased; that the time allowed for
filing claims has fully expired; that all claims filed and allowed against said estate have been
paid and satisfied; that all claims outstanding against the said deceased, not so filed, if any
such there be, are therefore forever barred and excluded.
It is therefore considered and adjudged by the court that the report of the administratrix be and
the same hereby is approved and allowed as and for her final account and she is discharged of her
trust and her bond released.
It is further considered and adjudged by the court that all persons are forever barred from filin
or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of George W.Snearly, deceased, and that
said estate is fully settled and closed.
The court finds that the said George W.Snearly departed this life on the 30th day of may, 1916,
being at the time of his death a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, and that he died intestate,
leaving surviving him as his heirs at law, and his only heirs at law, the following named persons
Emma J.Snearly, his widow, and George W.Snearly, Robert W.Snearly, Clara Blanch Snearly, 4ohn A.
Snearly, Nellie M.Snearly and Reuben C.Snearly, his children.
The court finds that the said George W.Snearly was at the time of his death the owner of the fol-
lowing described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit:
The south-writ Quarter (SW+) of Section Two (2) in Township Nine (9), Range 9 and under the law
of descent of the State of Nebraska, all of said real estate did pass and descend at his death
in the manner following: To Emma J.Snearly, his widow, one third part thereof in fee;
To George W.Snearly, Robert W.Snearly, Clara Blanch Snearly, John
A.Snearly, Nellie M.Snearly and Reuben C.Snearly, his children, two -
thirds part of said real estate in equal shares, an undivided one -
ninth part thereof to each of them subject, however, to the home-
stead rights of the said Emma J.Snearly in and to said real estate.
It is therefore considered by the court that the swi of Section 2 in Township 9, in Range 9, in
Hall County, Nebraska, did descend at the death of George W.Snearly, intestate, as follows:
To Emma J.Snearly, one third part thereof; To George W.Snearly, Robert W.Snearly, Clara Blanch
Snearly, John A.Snearly, Nellie X.Snearly and Reuben C.Snearly two thirds part thereof as tenants
in common, subject however to the homestead right.of the said Emma J.Snearly in said real estate
The Court finds that the said George W.Snearly was at the time of his death the owner of the
following described real estate situate in the State of Oregon, to -wit:
The South half of the South half of the North east Quarter of the South east Quarter of Section
