<br />To Fanny Dahlstrom, who is found to be the mother of all of the children of the deceased,
<br />one -third part thereof in absolute title,
<br />To George A.Dahlstrom, Nora O.Long, Frank R.Dahlstrom, May F.Dahlstrom, and Neva N.Dahlstrom,
<br />the remaining two - thirds part in absolute title, subject to the homestead right of the said Fanny
<br />Dahlstrom in and to said real estate.
<br />It is therefore by the court considered and adjudged that the South half of the Northeast
<br />Quarter and the North half of the Southeast Quarter of Section S, Township 10, in Range 10, and
<br />the Southwest Quarter and the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter and Lot one on Mainland
<br />and Lot one on Island all in section 8, Township 10, Range 10, and Lots 1,2,3,and 4 on Island and
<br />.Lots 1 & 2 on mainland, The South Half of the Northeast Quarter and the North half of the South -
<br />west quarter all in section 17 township 10, range 10, and the South Half of the South East Quart
<br />in Section 30, township 10 in range 10 and the South west Quarter of Section 36 in Township 12,1n
<br />Range 9, and Lot 5 in Block 60 in the Original town now city of Grand Island, all in Hail county,
<br />Nebraska, and Lot 3 and the Vest Half of Lot 2 in Bostrom's Subdivision of the village of Strome-
<br />burg, in Polk, county, Nebraska, did pass and descend at the death of Charles A.Dahlstrom, intes-
<br />tate, in the manner following, towit: To Fanny Dahlstrom * part thereof;
<br />To George A. Dahlstrom 2/15 part thereof;
<br />To Nora 0. Long 2/ 15ths part of said real estate;
<br />To Frank R.Dahlstrom, 2/15ths part of said real estate;
<br />To May F. Dahlstrom, 2/15ths part of said real estate; and
<br />To Neva N.Dahlstrom, 2/15ths part of said real estate,
<br />all subject to the homestead right of the said Fanny Dahlstrom in and to said real estate.

<br />that I have compared the foregoing copy of the Final Decree in the matter of the estate of Charles
<br />A.Dahlstrom, deceased, with the original record thereof, now remaining in said Court, that the
<br />same is a correct transcript thereof, and of the whole of such original record; that said Court is
<br />a Court of Record having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that said Court has no Clerk
<br />authorized to sign certificates in his own name, and that I am the legal custodian of said Seal
<br />,and of the Records of said Court, and that the foregoing attestation is in due form of law.
<br />In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court, at
<br />Grand Island, this 9th day of July, 1917.
