<br />Now on this 7th day of July 1917, it satisfactorily appearing to the Court from the proof
<br />now on file that notice has been given to all persons interested, as required by law and the or-
<br />der of this court, this cause came on to be heard upon the final report of Fanny Dahlstrom, ad-
<br />ministratrix of the estate of Charles A.Dahlstrom, deceased.
<br />On consideration of the files, the report, and the testimony, the court finds that said re
<br />port is ' correct; that the same has been approved and allowed by the heirs at law of the said
<br />Charles A. Dahlstrom; that all claims filed and allowed against the estate of said deceased nave
<br />been paid and satisfied; that the inheritance tax heretofore assessed against said estate, has
<br />been paid and that there remains no money or other property in the hands of the administratrix
<br />for }distribution, and that the report of the administratrix should, therefore, be approved and
<br />allowed by the court as and for her final report.
<br />The court finds that notice of the time allowed and place appointed for filing claims agai
<br />the estate of said deceased was given to all persons interested by publication for four consecu-
<br />tive weeks and by posting in four public places in Hall County; that the time allowed for filing
<br />claims has long since expired; that all claims filed and allowed against the estate of said de-
<br />ceased have been paid and satisfied, and that all claims outstanding against said Charles A.Mahl-
<br />strom or his estate not so filed and within the time allowed for filing claims are, therefore,
<br />forever barred and excluded.
<br />It is, therefore, by the court ordered and adjudged that the report of Fanny Dahlstrom, ad-
<br />ministratrix, be and the same hereby is approved and allowed as and for her final account.
<br />It is further considered and adjudged by the court that all persons are forever barred and
<br />excluded from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Charles A. Dahlstrom,
<br />deceased, and that said estate is fully settled and closed.
<br />The court finds that the said Charles A. Dahlstrom departed this life at his home in Grand
<br />Island, Hall county, Nebraska, on the 19th day of December, 1910, and that he was at the time of
<br />his death possessed of both real and personal property in said county; that he died intestate,
<br />and that he left surviving as his heirs at law and all of his heirs at law, the following named
<br />persons: Fanny Dahlstrom, his widow, George A. Dahlstrom, his son, Nora 0. Long, his daughter,
<br />Frank R. Dahlstrom, his son, May F. Dahlstrom, his daughter, and Neva N. Dahlstrom, his daughter.
<br />The court finds that the said Charles A. Dahlstrom died possessed of the following describ
<br />real estate, all in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />The South Half of the Northeast Quarter (SJ NEJ) and the North Half of the Southeast
<br />ter (NJ SEJ) of Section Eight (S), Township Ten (10), and the Southwest Quarter (SWi) and the
<br />Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (8* S*), and Lot One (1) on Mainland and Lot One (1
<br />on Island, all in Section Eight (8), Township Ten (10), Range Ten (10), and Lots One (1), Two (2 1,
<br />Three (3) and Four (4) on Island, and Lots One & two (1 & 2) on Mainland, The South Half of the
<br />Northeast Quarter (SJ NEJ) and the North Half of the Southwest Quarter (NJ SWJ) all in Section
<br />Seventeen (17) Township Ten (10) Range Ten (10), and the South half of the Southeast Quarter
<br />(SJ SEJ) in Section Thirty (30) Township TOZ (10), Range Ten (10) and the Southwest Quarter (S*;
<br />of Section Thirty -six (36) in Township Twelve (12) in Range Nine (9) and Lot Five (5) in Block
<br />Sixty (60) in the Original town, now city of Grand Island; and Lot Three (3) and the West Half
<br />(WI) of Lot Two (2) in in Bostromt s Subdivisiom to the Village of Stromsburg, in Polk County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />The court finds that all of the above mentioned and described real estate did pass and des-
<br />cend at the death of the said Charles A. Dahlstrom in the manner following, to writ:
