<br />West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska, thence running East 153 feet, thence North 14 feet
<br />thence Nest 153 feet, thence South 14 feet to the place of beginning.
<br />The Court further finds that the said deceased died testate, at her home, on October .gist,
<br />1916, leaving a last will and testament, which was duly and legally admittea to probate in this
<br />Court and case, as shown by the records thereof, and tnat by arid under the terms of said Will,
<br />the above described real estate was devised to William H. Marsh, Senior, husband of said deceased,
<br />for and during his natural lifetime, and that, after his death, the same was devised in equal .
<br />shares to.his children, Ada B. Stager,(now Ada B.Elwick), William H. Marsh, Tunior, Sarah J.Bowd
<br />Richard L. Marsn, Samuel B. Marsh, and Elsie M. Smith, and that said real estate is, under virtue
<br />of said will, hereby so awarded to said William H. Marsh, Senior, for his use during; his natural
<br />lifetime, ana the remainder over in equal snares to said above named children of said deceased.
<br />Tne Court further finds that said executors have accounted for all of the property and estatE
<br />of said deceased coming into their hands or possession, as such executors, have paid all debts,
<br />expenses, and costs of administration, together with the special legacy of five Dollars given to
<br />Winifred Kinderdine, ana have duly, filed receipts herein for such disbursements, aria that there
<br />remained in their hands of said personal estate, for distribution to the legatees of said deceasec
<br />under her will, the sum of $6677.10, wnicln amount should be distributed as follows:
<br />To Elsie F. Smith, legatee, one -sixth part, $1112.85
<br />To Ada R. Elwick(formerly Stager )legatee, one -sixth part 1112.85
<br />To William H. r,arsh, Junior. legatee, one- sixth,part 1112.85
<br />To Richard L. T.!arsn, Legatee, one -sixth part 1112.85
<br />To "Samuel R. Yarsh, Legatee, one -sixth part 1112.85
<br />To Sarah.J. Bowden, Legatee, one -sixth part 1112.55
<br />And said executors are hereby ordered to make said distribution of ;:aia balance, as directed
<br />by said will.
<br />The Court further finds that all of said above named legatees arid devisees are more than
<br />twenty -one years of age.
<br />It Is Therefore By The Court, Adjudged, Consiaered And Decreed that all claims or debts not
<br />filed against said estate be and hereby are forever barred and precluded; that said final report
<br />of said William H. MLarsa, Junior, anu Richard L. marsh, Executors, be and hereby is in all things
<br />approved, and confirmed; that tine said above described real estate passed, under the provisions oil,
<br />the will of said deceased, to said William H. Marsh, Senior, for fend durin; his natural lifetime,
<br />ana after his death to said above named legatees aria devisees, as remainaermen, in equal snares,
<br />and is hereby so awarded to trnem; that there remains for distribution, among said residuary lega-
<br />tees and devisees, of the personal estate of said.. deceased, the sai a sum of $6677.10, and that sam
<br />should be distributed as provided by said will to said residuary legatees and devisees in the var-
<br />ious-
<br />amounts hereirabove found, and said Executors are hereby authorized to so distribute same;
<br />that upron the filing in this Court of receipts from residuary legatees, of said several amounts
<br />due to them, the said estate will be closed, said executors discl.arged, and their bond released.

<br />Now on this 27th day of June, 1917, it appears from the ;files in this cause tnat said Execu-
<br />tors nave filed receipts from all of tine residuary- legatees aria devisees, for the full amount of
<br />their distributive snares of the personal estate, as hereinabove;; found due to them, and have dis-
<br />tributed said balance in their hands as ordered by this Court, and as provided by the will of saic
<br />deceased, saiu estate is finally closed, said Executors discharged, and their bond released.
