<br />The court finds that under the terms arid provisions of the last will and testament of said
<br />Libbie E. Guy, deceased, all of the above mentioned and described real estate did pass and desc
<br />at her death to Martin K1 -ine Guy, the son of tale testatrix in fee simple.
<br />It is, therefore, considered and adjudged by the court that the Westerly 33 feet of Fraction-
<br />al lot No. 7 in Block 140 in Union Pacific Railway Company ?s Second Addition to the city of.Grand
<br />i
<br />Island, and the Westerly 33 feet of Fractional lot No. 7 in Block 13 in Russel Wheeler's Addition
<br />to the city of Grand Island, in Hall county, Nebraska, did pass anu descend at the death of
<br />Libbie E. Guy, under the terms and provisions of her last will and testament, to Martin Kline Guy,
<br />her son, to have and to hold to him and his heirs acid assigns forever.

<br />Last Will And Testament.
<br />I, Libbie E. Guy, of the City of Grand Island, in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska,
<br />considering the uncertainty of this Life and being of sound mind and memory, do make and publish
<br />this my last will and Testament.
<br />First.
<br />Vy funeral charges will be paid by my husband, Hiram A. Guy. In the event of his death be-
<br />fore mine or inability or failure to pay said expenses, then they will be paid by my son, Partin
<br />Kline Guy, who vtiill also pay the expenses of administering my estate. If the aforesaid charges
<br />are not so paid then the real - estate herein after described 511411 be charged with their payment.
<br />Second.
<br />I give and bequeath to Myrtle A. Stevens (formerly Guy), the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar in
<br />full of any and all share of my Estate to which she might otnerwise nave been entitled or receive(
<br />MY beloved husband, Hiram A. Guy and I have adju�q.ted some property rights by which he is satis-
<br />fied and will approve this Will.
<br />Third.
<br />I give, devise and bequeath unto my son, Martin Kline Guy, the Westerly thirty -three (33)
<br />feet of fractional Lot numbered seven (7), in Block numbered One Hundred and Forty (140), in Unio�
<br />Pacific Railway Company's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, arid the Westerly Thirty -
<br />tAree (33) feet of fractional lot numbered seven (7) in block numbered Tnirteen (13), in Russel
<br />feeler's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, as the same is surveyed, platted and re-
<br />corded, to have and to hold forever. if my son dies before I do then I give, devise and bequeath
<br />said property to my husband, Hirara A. Guy, to have and to hold forever.
<br />Fourth.
<br />I al ;point my husband, Hiram A. Guy, Executor of this my last Will and Testament and direct
<br />that he be not required to give any bond as such Executor, and I hereby revoke all former Wills
<br />by me made.
