Now on this 18th day of June, 1917, it appearing to the satis- faction of the court that notice has beer, given to all persons interested, as required by law and the order of this court dated June Stn, 1917, this cause came on for hearing upon the final re- port of Hiram A. Guy, executor of the last will and testament of Libbie E. Guy, deceased. On consideration of said report and of the files and testimony submitted, the court finds t.nat. the report of the executor is correct in all respects and ought to be allowed; that he has accounted for all of the estate which came into his possession and that there remains no money or other personal property in his hands for distribution. it is, therefore, consi aered and adjudged by the court t.aat the report of the executor, Hir A. Guy, be arid the same nereby is approved and allowed as and for his final account and he is di charged of his trust ana his bona released. Tne court finds tiaat by order of court dated November 19, 1910, creditors of the Said Libbie' E. Guy, deceased, were allowed six months from tae 5th day of December, 1910, in wnich to present ! their claims witn the proof' tnereof in t11e office of the County Judge of Hall County, for allow- ante; tnat notice of the time limited and place aipointed for filing claims was given to all per- sons interested by publication of such notice for four successive weeks in the Free Press, a lega newspaper published and circulating in Hall County, Nebraska, and by posting of such notice in f public places in Hall County; that the time allowea for filing claims has long since expired; Via no claims of any nature were filed and allowed against the estate of saia deceased; that all clai outstanding against the said Libbie E. Guy, deceased, if any such there be, are therefore forever barred and excluded. It is therefore considered by the court that all persons are forever barred and excluded f filina, or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Libbie E. Guy, deceased, and trial said estate is fully settled ana closed. The court finds that said Libbie E. Guy, departed this life on the 11th day of September, 1910, being at ttie time of her aeath a resident of hall county, Nebraska, ana that she left a la will and testament, which instrument was duly proved, allowed ana aaaittea to probate in this court on the 19th day of 2ovember, 1910.
