Guy, deceased.) <br />Now on this 18th day of June, 1917, it appearing to the satis- <br />faction of the court that notice has beer, given to all persons interested, as required by law and <br />the order of this court dated June Stn, 1917, this cause came on for hearing upon the final re- <br />port of Hiram A. Guy, executor of the last will and testament of Libbie E. Guy, deceased. <br />On consideration of said report and of the files and testimony submitted, the court finds <br />t.nat. the report of the executor is correct in all respects and ought to be allowed; that he has <br />accounted for all of the estate which came into his possession and that there remains no money or <br />other personal property in his hands for distribution. <br />it is, therefore, consi aered and adjudged by the court t.aat the report of the executor, Hir <br />A. Guy, be arid the same nereby is approved and allowed as and for his final account and he is di <br />charged of his trust ana his bona released. <br />Tne court finds tiaat by order of court dated November 19, 1910, creditors of the Said Libbie' <br />E. Guy, deceased, were allowed six months from tae 5th day of December, 1910, in wnich to present ! <br />their claims witn the proof' tnereof in t11e office of the County Judge of Hall County, for allow- <br />ante; tnat notice of the time limited and place aipointed for filing claims was given to all per- <br />sons interested by publication of such notice for four successive weeks in the Free Press, a lega <br />newspaper published and circulating in Hall County, Nebraska, and by posting of such notice in f <br />public places in Hall County; that the time allowea for filing claims has long since expired; Via <br />no claims of any nature were filed and allowed against the estate of saia deceased; that all clai <br />outstanding against the said Libbie E. Guy, deceased, if any such there be, are therefore forever <br />barred and excluded. <br />It is therefore considered by the court that all persons are forever barred and excluded f <br />filina, or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Libbie E. Guy, deceased, and trial <br />said estate is fully settled ana closed. <br />The court finds that said Libbie E. Guy, departed this life on the 11th day of September, <br />1910, being at ttie time of her aeath a resident of hall county, Nebraska, ana that she left a la <br />will and testament, which instrument was duly proved, allowed ana aaaittea to probate in this <br />court on the 19th day of 2ovember, 1910. <br />Tne court finas tnat tae said Libbie E.
