<br />Township Ten (10) in Range Ten (10); and Lots Eight (8), Nine (9) and Ten (10) in Block Twenty-
<br />two (22) in Charles Wasmer's Addition to tie city of Grand Island.
<br />The court finds that under and by virtue of the law of descent of the State of Nebraska, all,
<br />of the above - mentioned and described real estate did pass and descend at the death of the said
<br />Mary Bergfleth in the manner following:
<br />An undivided one - seventh part thereof to Edward Boltz, Gustav Boltz, Herman Boltz, Richard Boltz,
<br />Emil Boltz, Henry Boltz, Emma Moeller, and Minnie Kroeger, in equal shares;
<br />An undivided one - seventh part thereof to Rudolph Kay, Charles Kay, Nancy Huebner, Minnie Kay
<br />and Ditma Wiese, in equal ahares;
<br />An undivided one- seventh part thereof to each of the following named heirs: William Kay,
<br />Sophia Ledroit, Emma Kay Westerfield, and Minnie Hargens; and
<br />An undivided one - seventh part thereof to Carl Stelk.
<br />It is therefore considered and adjudged by the court that Lot 1 and the NEj of the NEj of
<br />Section 23, Township 10 in Range 10; and the E-1 of the SEJ and the Nw-f of the SWJ of Section 14,
<br />Township 10 in Range 10 and Lots S, 9, and 10 in Block 22 of Charles Wasmer's Addition to the ci
<br />of Grand Island, all in Hall county, Nebraska, did pass and descend at the death of Mary Bergfletj
<br />under the law of the State of Nebraska, as follows:
<br />To Edward Boltz j, Gustav Boltz, Herman Boltz, Richard Boltz, Emil Boltz, Henry Boltz, Emma Moel-
<br />ler, and I. innie Kroeger, an undivided 1/7 part thereof in equal shares;
<br />To Rudolph KayCharles Kay, Nancy Huebner, Minnie Kay and Emma Wiese, an undivided 1/7 part
<br />thereof in equal snares;
<br />To William Kay, an undivided 1/7 part thereof;
<br />To Sophia Ledroit, an undivided 1/7 part thereof;
<br />To Emma Kay Westerfield, an undivided 1/7 part thereof;
<br />To Minnie Hargans, an undivided 1/7 part thereof; and
<br />To Carl Stelk, an undividea 1/7 part thereof.
<br />Tae court finds that the sum of $5439.92 now remaining in the hands of the administrator
<br />should be distributed in the same proportions and among the same persons found entitled to share
<br />In the real estate, and the said administrator is autaorized.a.na instructed to make distribution
<br />accordingly.
